The thing is, graphics will eventually hit a plateau. It's other things that I want improved, like AI, full environmental destructability, more enemeis on screen, etc...can you imagine an infamous game with full environment damage? All the powers cole has tearing up buildings, the roads, overpasses. Slamming an enemy THROUGH a building, throwing a vortex and having it cleave a building in half with all of the insides broken, falling, and hanging out. doing a thunderdrop and actually leavi...
The ESRB rating DMC1,2,3 might have been these PS2 digital releases and not an HD collection.
Well if you want the best experience possible, and why wouldn't you, you're going to have to install the 360 version too. Up to 22GB of it. Or install disc 1, play, uninstall disc 1, install disc 2, play.
So I don't know what you 360 fanboys are laughing about.
And these people need to stop ragging on the 8GB install. If you want the best experience on the 360, you're gonna need to install up to 22GB of it to the HDD. Or as the id rep said, install disc 1, play, uninstall disc 1, install disc 2, play. An 8GB install before starting sounds better to me.
That's odd. I expected them to completely use an english name.
Riiight. Just like Gears of War is on the PS3. Oh wait. I guess Epic is just as stupid as SE is.
Seriously. You don't go looking for 360 programmers by saying, "We want PS3 experience, or at the very least, 360 experience."
I really don't know how anyone with any modicum of intelligence could derive, "360 version in the works!" from that statement.
Because all Nintendo does is sell gimicky hardware with no games. It's not really their fault that the masses are sheep, but with the WiiU, not only is it still gimicky, it's going to be expensive as hell for what you get for it, especially in comparison to the PS360 right now.
Then it's going to be at least a half generation behind the next Sony/MS machines which is where all the development focus will be on since Nintendo "fans" don't buy 3rd part...
PS2 is a console. Handhelds shouldn't be compared to consoles. They should be compared to other handhelds.
And yes there is a fundamental difference b/w the two. First and foremost being price. 2nd being, a household is likely to have multiple DS's but only 1 dedicated console.
Of course they're not gold yet. They have a lot of time left to tweak and improve. They're not going to go gold with over a month left until release.
Konami has revealed a release date for MGS HD in north america. It's Nov 8, 2011.
Obviously. Why would you buy MGS3D for $40 when you can get MGS2/MGS3/PW in HD for $40? And months earlier? MGS3D doesn't even look as good as the PS2 version!
Hahahaha that's such a hilarious way to deal with early-players!
Gears falls into the same trap as Halo and CoD. Ridiculously high scores no matter what. The same faults they manage to pick out are fine in those games but game breakers in others.
It's just the way it is.
Uncharted 3. Marks off for being more of the same. Gears/Halo/CoD marks gained for being more of the same. Mark my words.
Sucker Punch is also hiring for "their next big thing."
It's pretty much going to be the standard since it's not just capcom using it for MH. Konami is using it for MGS3D, and SE also has it. Poor early adopters.
The presser never said it's exclusive to the 3ds. if it was, i'm sure they would have said so.
RE 1,2,3 are free for Plus users starting Tuesday.
Every boss battle sucked. Especially the last one.
It's not going to be jaw-dropping at all by the time the game comes out. They've practically shown everything already. That's the sad thing about gaming now, there's no "surprise" factor. Same thing with Arkham City. I've tried to stay away from all media related to it, but I still know way too much about the game, simply from headlines. I even know a plot-point that happens early on in the game already.
ENOUGH WITH THE INFO!! Especially with est...
