@sprinterboy,
It would have to be Zen2 if they're using 7nm chips, Zen1/+ is what we already have (unless they use a dedicated GPU which is a possibility). Ram is at a price premium at the moment, so I'm not too sure we'll see more than 16gbs unless the price tanks all of a sudden. You're still in the realm of possibly being correct, but I'm banking they'll use 7nm/zen 2.
I still think graphically, we'll end up with 1440p or cl...
If Sony gets complacent, then there's Microsoft's opertunity, although with the way Microsoft is now, I'd be shocked if it happened.
I honestly cannot remember a time when his got it right, but surprise me if anyone does remember on.
I can't believe people are wasting phones and money like this, new phones ever year are incremental upgrades at best, can you even feel that difference assuming people take care of these phones (and I assume they don't).
That's kinda wasteful since phone technology doesn't change that quickly, your better off upgrading every 4 years or so when there's a meaningful difference. Otherwise, an upgrade barely feels like an upgrade.
@skull521,
...So why aren't you into pc gaming?
Consoles are meant to last 5 years plus and I refuse to upgrade any earlier, I prefer longer console generations. Otherwise I use and upgrade my pc every few years or early if it's worthwhile.
With all the SJWing, it tends to ruin things like games and comics, although doing some charity would be nice if possible.
It certainly did derail, that's why I'm struggling to follow this discussion.
This, as far as we know this E3 will have a new Halo though, so that's potentially a good game to look forward to. If I could get Sunset Overdrive and the Halo collection on Pc, that'd be pretty baller for me.
@s2killinit,
True, but it's a bad business strategy, they really haven't got anything. There's no Microsoft equivalents or competitors to Sony's games, hell, they're just struggling with exclusive games all together. It looks bad to compare them with Sony or Nintendo game-wise.
Maybe they should differentiate themselves and go a different path like Nintendo does (Nintendo doesn't even try to compete with Sony and Microsoft, half t...
@beardeddrachen,
I wouldn't say they have terrible pr, with what they have to work with, MS's pr can really spin it and generate excitement when they have very little going on. That's pretty damn impressive (that and people keep buying Xboxes while everyone else knows MS strategy this gen, albeit less sales than the competition).
@leoms,
To be fair, it's hard to praise the competition when they don't give you much to praise them for. I can't remember a time this gen when they did praise Microsoft.
Well, they're extremely creative, I'll give them that.
That sounds a bit ungrateful, even though I understand your point. It's hard to get an opportunity to play these games without remasters, and I don't want to fork out $100s for an old title and then look for the console to run.
The problem with the mod gen refreshes is that I've already bought the vanilla console when the good games started coming out,so an upgrade to a pro edition isn't worth it for me. Not when I've only owned the vanilla versions almost 2 years prior.
That really upsets me because the settings and idea of anthem really appeal to me, but looks like EA will screw it up going by the news I've heard the last couple of months.
Consoles were out of date when they launched, no shock it stresses the pro.
I vote for the space themes, outer space steam punk for the win!
It was a well done open world and this is coming from someone who doesn't like open world games and finds it hard to finish them. I really enjoyed the game personally.
The vanilla Xones/PS4s were under powered for their time so the Pro/xonex may not be that amazing of a feat (although the Xonex would be impressive if it wasn't for the weak CPU).
