@RacerX,
No way in hell, the XoneX is comparable to about a 1060 roughly, there's a worthwhile difference between a 1060 and a 1080ti, then you factor in the CPU where the XoneX is criminally under-powered (it holds the GPU back), the beast is not going to do anywhere near that level of performance, you can forget native 4k on this one.
Did any Steam consoles even get off the ground? They were kinda irrelevant anyway (a pc is pretty much a Steam machine anyway).
I can imagine a slim version at least with cut out features, or maybe bundles or limited editions with extra controllers or Kinect or something.
That's what I'm expecting, one being slightly beefier or cut down version. They can still do a Pro/X1X version years later, with all the limited editions I between.
It's still only early years for the Switch and its had some great games so far. Hopefully they build up more momentum over the years.
Pretty much, they have their own shows and outlets, E3 isn't as as big as it used to be for them. Microsoft doesn't announce much of anything game-wise during the year.
E3 isn't really relevant these days ever since they downsized the show many years ago,it got too expensive for everyone involved. Having said that, I think this year's E3 was pretty satisfying. Everyone has their own shows and conferences as a media outlet anyway.
Mario Party is fun as shit, I'm 30 and happy to play it with sis and her boyfriend/my friends. Good times.
I don't really care, the service doesn't appeal to me, I'd rather down the digital version, even then, I normally do that if I can't get a physical version.
@skull521,
I certainly don't care when I have a high end pc, I mainly care about the games when it comes to a console, when I want the best possible I performance I go for the pc version.
@Neutralgamer1992,
No chance in hell, no hardware focus for 3 years. So that leaves us with a 2020/2021 release windows with 2019 as an impossibility. Straight from Sony themselves.
At least cd project Red treats their games with love and care, they treat their buyers well too (all that free Witcher 3 dlc).
For sure, I have no doubt the first episode will be ready when the ps5 releases.
This is actually a bad trend for Square-Enix, especially when they don't have the smoothest development process anymore. They really should announce games later, even if it's to save face.
I got the feeling it will be after the Cyber Connect fiasco.
This is what I've been arguing all along, the sheer amount of content and Square-Enix's reluctance to do towns, the splitting of the game into episodes, Square-Enix's poor management... I can't see this game pleasing fans who played the original game. It might be satisfactory for everyone else though.
There's a reason no one went with intel/nvidia, the costings for it is too high.
I actually feel that they all had a pretty good showing this year, was not disappointed like I was with last year's E3.
@Vasto,
It offers almost everything Microsoft has and more, how can you not be satisfied with that?
I'm just going to get it on PC, it'll be worth it for the considerable jump in performance on this game, I did the same with the Witcher 3.
