is that MGS4 is the last Kojima and Kojima Productions MGS title. so sure, any future MGS installments will probably be multi-platform, but MGS4 is Kojima's swansong, and he wants to focus his efforts on making it really, *REALLY kick@ss.

i've already said time and time again that i prefer the PS3 over the 360. the PS3 has the games i want to play, while the 360 does not. it's really rather simple.
but just because i'm not a fan of Halo (i love Bioshock, and i'm torn on Mass Effect), doesn't mean i can't appreciate what the system is, and what it's doing.

1 - 3 - avoid at all costs
4 - 5 - wasted potential. rent if a fan of the genre
6 - 7 - flawed, but serviceable. worth a rental/purchase if you like it

i wrote it all down in one go. it took a while, actually. i just wrote what popped into my head, and what games for each system stood out to me, for the most part based off of actual hands on experience with the games (barring Forza and PGR, since i don't care for racers much; i only saw my roommate play those)

my fiance *LOVES Uncharted. she thinks the story is awesome, she has no complaints about the characters (and believe me, she's *ALWAYS complaining about characters in movies and stories; she's a writer), and watches me play non-stop.
she also loves Ratchet and Clank and Assassin's Creed, but i think Uncharted is her favorite out of the bunch. on the gaming side, she only plays Oblivion, because she likes the open-ended games where you can create characters.
