It will soon look normal as it becomes standard for games to have free clothes, clothes that are unlocked, or even clothes to buy from PS3 games.
Clothes for your avatar Items for your apartments or clubhouse Arcade machines for your apartments or clubhouse Music, images, or even video from games for your apartments or clubhouse
I supposed games might even award you or let you buy apartments or clubehouses that look like or come right out of the gam...
Folklore definitely. Wonderful and mature story. Beautiful art direction and style. Best use of motion controls this gen.
Lair is an incredible experience. It was the perfect storm of fanboy rage - the insane 1080p graphics and astonishing scale amount of objects on screen had to be savaged since it made a complete mockery of the 360 being remotely close to the PS3 in graphical and overall system power. And the motion controls even got the usually happy with their own Nintendo Wi...
"2. i have both killzone 1 and liberation and have only beating killzone 1 so ima have to get on liberation then. "
I was blown away by KZ Liberation. I assumed it was just going to be some stupid little overhead shooter they farmed out to some little non name third party developer. Man I was wrong. The game is incredibly cool and incredibly hard, at least for me. The running around and diving and gun mechanics are rich and well done. There is tons of stuff to unlock. A...
I have been logged into Home pretty much non-stop since open beta started when not gaming without ever getting logged off except for the rare times when my DSL line drops or resets.
Killzone 2 White Knight Chronicles Demon's Souls Flower Fat Princess MAG inFamous Uncharted 2 Ratchet and Clank Future 2 MLB 09 The Show The Agency Final Fantasy XIII in Japan Yakuza 3 in Japan
possibly God of War 3 Heavy Rain GT 5
Utter Sony exclusive/first party domination. And we haven't even gotten to surprises at E3 yet.
Every PS3 multiplayer game is going to be required to support Home launching. It is incredibly easy to implement. Developers only need to do two things:
1. Setup the UI for their game's particular options
2. Have their game check from the PS3 OS on startup if they are being launched from Home instead of the XMB and jump right into a game with the players and options passed to it from Home through the OS
Sony hasn't said if older games are getting patches...
"Now THIS is how you get people to check out Home"
Well this is the main function of Home for PS3 users - to meet up with other gamers, setup games, play them together, and be rewarded for their efforts. It's not like Sony suddenly decided to add this feature to Home.
Every multiplayer game to be released from will be required to support Home launching just like Trophy support is now mandatory.
PSN downloads saturate my DSL line every single time. The only time I've ever gotten slower than full speed was all the way back when GT HD came out some two years ago or so.
Killzone sold around 2.5 million copies worldwide on the PS2...
And that was with virtually no marketing budget and constant and sickening trashing from Halo fanboys in the gaming media.
Sony blew the marketing on the first Killzone. They obviously got it together this time with Killzone 2 and have almost completely neutralized the Xbox/Halo/Gears of War fanboys in the gaming media this time.
It is wonderful to see people picking up copies of Killzone fo...
GameTrailers is the site that was caught fabricating one of their comparison videos to make the PS3 version of a game look worse.
This is the site that intentionally would use the wrong video settings to make PS3 versions of games look washed out. And then after being repeatedly called on their BS they responded with a "Nya nya nya you can't stop us"
This is the site that would capture PS3 games at different resolutions and then rescale the images so that ...
