Graphics were nice but what was up to him continously dropping the machine gun for the handgun. Just run out of ammo that fast or is the handgun more over powered?

Not sure about a game based (loosely as it is). Not sure if they will be able to resist political commentary on either side. On the other hand its not clear how you would make a "modern warefare" game without going tihs direction. The gameplay should be great fun but I may have to ignore the story.
There was a thread on another forum a while back that said it was confirmed there is NO body armor in the game. I dont recall seeing a source (but it was a while ago) though and I would hope it was an unlockable but it could very well just not be in there.
So it is the same for everyone. Cool now I dont have to preorder. I guess if you can unlock stuff with the phone I may spend time just dialing random numbers....but then again in Riddick I made a point to flush all the toilets because I figured if you could do it, maybe it unlocks something. Odd what you do on your 3-4 playthough on a video game.
I will have the game before the demo also. I was hoping to play the demo first, but not sure why since I was going to buy this no matter what, such was my love for the Riddick game.

Wonder how bad the respawning will be or if it will be done in a logical way. Otherwise this walkthough made the game seem really impressive. August cannot arrive soon enough.
Not sure whats so "jaw dropping". They were fine, i suppose. But I am getting kind of sick of the close up stills of peoples faces. Believe it or not when I play I dont stop the player so I can stare at his face. I just want to see some good gameplay and I want the character models to flow into that good gameplay with good animations.
From the thumnail I thought that said Playstation across the front of it.
I had assumed Blue Ray was doing MUCH better too. However I am also one who is not buying any DVDs until the issue gets resolved and will just be happy watching my movies on HBO HD or HDNET or even downloading from live. Digital distribution may be the true wave of the future, but people really like having something in their hands, maybe some steady state storage devices or som HD burners would be the future.
Any hint of a release date anywhere?

Its been pushed back too many times from dates the publishers had said were solid. I dont believe it will come in August. However, maybe its for the best. People playing the PC version found lots of bugs, if they push it back and clean it up and make it really better then Oblivion then all the delays will be worth it. Maybe they should think of doing a timeshift like polish of all the graphics and aim for early next year. Of course that is probably not possible in their budget, but stil...
But its release date is so far away.
Fair review that just makes me want to play the game that much more.
No one should have expected AAA graphics but the way he talks its quite nice to look at and has no slowdown so thats good enough for me.
