Didnt list the Arcade games.
I may get the Fable pub games.
I will get Too Human.
I may get Tiger Woods
I may get Tales of Vesperia
I will get Mercenaries 2: World in Flames
From gamespots release list (if these come out)
I will get Infinite Undiscovery (sept 1 so close enough)
and May get World in Conflict: Soviet Assault (though I have no reason to assume this is actually coming out at this time)
Me too!!!
So many games, so far out of my reach.....
I agree, loved Age of Mythology and am really looking forward to both this and the argonauts.
"...id is targeting a release within this console generation,"
Wow that really narrows down the release date ;).
Anyway if there are dark areas I am good with that as long as your space marine has night gear like infarad, nightvision or flashlight on your weapon...you know the stuff non-space marines have today.
So have they just given up on the Elder Scrolls? I would like to see more of that series.
Well, I guess the one good thing about my most hated scene in Indiana Jones history is that it has now turned into a good cliche line to use in various situations. This is about the 4-5th time I have heard it referenced in a review of games\movies\or just general conversation.
This game looks good and I can't wait to play it. All these games soooo close, yet not here for me this weekend when I got nothing to do :(.
About time, I was wondering what happened to this. This and Chronicals of Riddick had me really stoked a few months back and both dissappeared. At least Dungeon Hero was at E3 (another one I care about but most people dont seem to)>
I am really looking forward to this game as well. People seem to be ignoring it, but I am not sure why.
Looking cool, I may have to pick this up.
I am not suprised by the level of violence, I just think its stupid for someones limbs to pop off when they are simply shot in the head. I have heard its an unlockable mod that can be turned on and off. I would turn it off. Having someones head explode (though also over the top) is at least reasonable, having them entirely pop apart doesnt strike me as "violence" or "gore" it strikes me as cartoony and stupid.
EDIT: When you read the article though it ce...
You know it actually is tempting. I didnt get the Bioshock limited edition, as I have never bought a limited edition and the little statue thing that my associate got was pretty darn cool. If this was of that quality I would want it.... but still thats $70 for a plastic gun.....
I may be the only one really looking forward to this game, so I must express my support every chance I get. I just need a release date.
I agree, I dont understand the blow up with the sniper shot.
I dont think your supposed to be impressed with pausing, its just another way to play that in some ways apparently pays homage to the original turn based game.
Shooting teddy bears, yeah I dont get the appeal of that either but I guess people like to throw crp around
I dont really see any false hype, I think people have a legitimate reason to be hyped about this game (open world shooter n...
So was that some sort of invincible mode or will gameplay be that without threat? Also, did his tank get nuked by a helicopter? Or did he nuke it? Or was there no nuke just a really really big explosion?
OK I love my xbox and think Halo is a fine game but am I the only one who finds it ironic to have a thread called "Microsoft hints at 'Halocon' event", DIRECTLY ABOVE (if you have it sorted by 360 news) a thread titled "MS: We'll "Explore Not Exploit" Halo"?
For the record I will likely get Halo Wars and am up for another Halo FPS or TPS or Tactical shooter or whatever....though Halo is by no means my favorite franchise. I just think the two head...
Positive, if not well written review. I have to agree with him on the camera (I think). I had heard it was so god aweful that actually, when I played the demo, it wasnt nearly as bad as I expected. Sure its fixed during gameplay but it doesnt really keep you from seeing whats going on. I do wish you could look 360 when standing still and looking around, its just a pain to let go of the trigger, turn you guy, grab the trigger and look again.
I found the invisible walls to be...
I got to say I wasnt that impressed with what I saw on the gamespot demo. Perhaps I am a bit harsh but something just seemed off...maybe graphics blurr effect they had going on, maybe the music from the drone thing, maybe the flat green interface, maybe the way over the top death animation (the guy gets shot in the head and all his limbs pop off, WTF?). I loved oblivion so I pretty much have to get this, but I am not as excited about it as I am about a lot of other games.
Game looks pretty cool, I cant wait until they give a release date, until then I cant get too excited.
I never get collectors addition but the first two games of these series are near the top of my favorite games of all times list, so I admit I am very, VERY tempted this time.
These guys seem really passionate about their game. Hopefully it’s not just good acting to build hype but genuine excitement about what they created. If it’s that later this game may be a sleeper hit, either way they have sold me (good job guys) and I will be picking this up.
(keep in mind I am partial to RPGs in general and the subject matter too, so its not JUST them selling me)
