Well this is certainly shaping up better then I expected.
I like that the fire is dyanmic and interacts with the environment.
I dont like how your character seems to be sleep walking through the missions and I am still concerned that this will not be a complete game, and instead an ongoing episodic show with the required subscritption and such. I dont want it unless its an actual complete game.
It is sounding good. I especially like the idea that after you beat the main quest you can go on living in the world, buying up property and unlocking more quest. That is something missing from the first game, the ability to live in the world after you made your decision at the end of the game.
Is this a parody article?
"It is inevitable that one day there will be an actual Halo Killer, a game that will top this great shooter, and up the standards for the entire genre."
- Like say, Gears (better game IMHO but of course I recognize it as an opinion unlike the article writer) so how about COD4 (it did booted Halo3 from online dominance) maybe GTA IV. Tons of games of "up the standards for the entire genera". I really liked HALO3 but...
There are the die hard nintendo fans who I would call extremely hardcore. But not so much hardcore "gamers" as just hardcore nintendo supporters.
I mean sure, they are nintendo fans and the nintendo characters look all fluffy and nice but if you say anything bad well then you better hold on because they are like gremlins who ate too late and will tear into you for daring to step on the holiness that is Nintendo. Of course there are PS3 and 360 fans that are the s...
Well other then the online acheivements and the Don King acheivement (which I dont even want to get) I think the list looks much better then Fight Nights round 3's lame list.
Of course in Fight Nights defense everyone was just learning what acheivements were about so I will give them a break. The next game though I want one for AT LEAST winning first fight, winning first pro figth, and winning a belt... that those basic ones were missing in FNR3 in favor of sponsored fights ...
More games the better, bring 'em on!!!!
And no I dont care if they are multiplatform or not as long as I can play them.
And no I dont care if a particular game is not on a system I own. Im sure its good but I am not sitting around pine-ing for any game. If they make it for me to play on the console I have (or enough comes out that I eventually pick up the other console) then cool I will look into buying it. If not, then just like I said when Haze went exclusive and UT3 wen...
This is just concept art, unless is PoP going to be cell shaded and painted?
Concept art does not equal screenshots.
When I saw the graphics I assumed that was a "design choice" due to how obvious the blockiness was. However knowing the gamers of today I am not sure this was a good design choice. I think they can still deal with cell shaded like Crackdown, and Anime but I am not sure if they can deal with "old school" computer graphics style. But then its Banjo so maybe they dont really care about the hard core gamer as long as the kiddies like it.
Yep, didnt have this one on my list for this year, thought it was a 2009 game. There are going to be a ton of RPGs coming out this fall, I wish some of them could be pushed up a bit because there is no way I am going to have time for all the games I want to play. I am having a hard enough time keeping up with the games this summer thanks to games like LO and GTA I havent even gotten to RB6:V2 yet and Condemned 2 got set aside.
Ah so no machine gun, hes an engineer. Well then he ABSOLUTLY better have a flashlight or some other gear to see his way then that he can duct tape to his helmut or whatever weapon hes using!
I apparently added this one to my wish list last year sometime and hadnt heard much about it since. Nice to see its still coming along fine. It would be nice to have a hint of a release date...just a ballpark figure.
Beryllium also is mined into spheres by tiny little aliens that eat other aliens...and Redshirts. It's quite frightening, greenpeace has reasons to be scared as they are just irrelevant nameless extra #1-5.
I thought the camera was always a problem in NG. Are they saying the problem is WORSE this time? Or has someone finally just gotten over the cool ninja factor and realized "hey this camera is sht"?
With no interest in Madden this is the football game I am targeting for this year. It would be only the third football game I have gotten for this gen. I have been dissappointed with the first two (Madden 06-worthless, and All Pro - badly executed).
However, I want a football game not a bunch of minigames. If it keeps up that all they have changed are these crpy little "points" that they previously stripped out of the game (thus catching back up but not passing wher...
Elder Scrolls (even before Oblivion) I have spent much much time with. WoW I could see spending too much time with so I stay away. The others I have no real interest in and I dont really get how peoplet get into the SIMS. I mean what exactly do you "do" in that game. You aint slaying monsters or shooting things or taking over the world or solving puzzles or trying to get a high score (like Tetris of astroids)...your just doing, what exactly?
Looks like:
Dark Void (Xbox 360)
Also On: PS3, PC
No, no, no, NO....There are NO Mulligans in football. WTH? Glad I already decided not to get this crp.
EDIT: Hey can the NFL get a mulligan on selling their license? I will give them as many as they need until they sell it to someone who actually wants to make a great football game.
Never even heard of this game and I really liked Crimson Skies (except for the crpy follow the leader mission). This is supposed to come out later this year? Where has this been hiding?
FIRST: Someone should really warn someone if they are actually to be subjected to Don King actually speaking....it a-scared me.
Second: This looks no better then the last Fight Night. The only difference would seem (and this would be to this games favor...but not sure if it actually counteracts the negative DK presence) that the building your fighter may be more advanced with the exercises and maybe the ability to scout fighters. The game also seems to have less product pla...
For a game like this I think 15 hours could be enough. I expect this game to be on the dark and oppressive side and if you play it a little slower then just running through should get you about 20 hours. Bioshock was 20 hours, Condemned was like 8 or so and I think those were about right. If its fun enough for a replay then it could be worth the money to me.
