Honestly I missed last years (still got to pick it up) so the whole coming out every year seems a bit quick for this type of game.
Sure its better, its a lot of the great games from last gen.
The game looks so cool on its own. Why did they ruin the advertising with what looked like a cos-players home movie?
If I didn't know anything about the game, THAT certainly wouldn't have sold me when I saw it yesterday during football. If your going to do a live action movie spend some money on it like Halo and ME3 did.
If you backed a bad concept for a game and thus end up with a bad game then yes you deserved that bad game.
If they can take this concept and make a non-bad game out if it, it will be a miracle.
If its bad, then yes.
Well I guess the kids of all the moms that support Wii because Rosie or whoever told them to will now get to play some great games that they missed.
I am planning on getting this game but does it really need a midnight launch?
That's just like people saying that some games have PS2 graphics. Mostly its just you forgetting how bad it was before. I loved Daggerfall and Morrowind but they were waaaaaaaayyyyyy more buggy than Skyrim.
(Disclaimer: Of course i am not playing on PS3 so maybe that's particularly buggy)
There is no real story. The point is to run around and kill stuff and get loot. I think the real point of the game was to do this with 4 friends. Think of it like playing cards...its just for fun (no money in the pot).
It depends are you planning on just doing straight story? Doing story and side quest? or doing story, side quest and a lot of random wandering around looking to loot chest (which refill everytime you start) and kill stuff?
I have never tried just story but I am guessing that would be very short (and quite the challenge). I wander around a lot so I have been playing my current play through well over 30 hours and not yet near the end (I am in no hurry because I found the end t...
I am replaying Borderlands one right now to see if I want two. It certainly is an entertaining time sink. No story so no real need to pay that much attention or wear my gaming headset so no problem watching TV while playing.
For just a distraction running around and shooting stuff it was really kinda fun. Of course, if you like coop you can run around and shoot things with friends. The one down side was not being able to do collections. It would have been nice to have a ho...
If its back to the old west I am willing to give it a try. However its going on my "get cheap" list unless I get a reason to move it up.
Well then you have to make the same statement for Conservative. Being conservative is not a bad thing, being a ultra right wing conservative that wants to rule other peoples lives is a bad thing.
Yes "open minded" liberals are amazingly hateful people. I mean apparently everyone expects "conservatives" to be hateful but the libs are particularly venomous.
Could have sworn Mass Effect 3 recently released free DLC
Don't you have to pay for this or is it free DLC? I wouldn't buy it just to delete it later, but to each their own.
Oh that's a good idea, to have additional incentives for playing on hard.
Also, instead of making the enemies harder on hard they ought to design it for a certain level of hardness and then make the easier modes get "cheats" like additional health, shields, ammo. Maybe thats why the hardcore guys are upset, the game design is backwards.
Sure why not.
I always assume a games "normal" (or default) setting is the experience the devs want people to have. One that is balanced enough for a "typical" gamer to finish(in the devs opinion). Then the game will have easier settings for game tourist or people that just want to run around and then 1 or 2 harder settings for more hardcore gamers.
Now a game like Dark Souls who focuses on the harder settings can have a "normal" setting ...
Or there at least has to be an ending you would want to play again.
If my entire exposure to this game was limited to this cosplay power ranger crap I would never even touch this game.
This is not a trailer that I can watch around my non-gamer friends and family and go "I'm going to be getting that game"* without looking like a complete goob. If they just showed the actual gameplay or the wemo-whip trailer that would be better advertising in my opinion.
*There are lots of good game adverts that my non gamer f...
