I actually had a lot of fun with the first one. That being said pretty much all my comments were around the lines of "its pretty decent game if you get it cheap" so I find it laughable for them to have a special edition of the game. Unless something happens (such as them completely reworking the game engine, voice acting and story) I will wait for this one to get cheap too. That being said, I will definitly pick it up once it is cheap.
KRULL is my all time most hated movie, but I actually like Dark Sector the game. Though I thought the armor in Prototype was what the armor in Dark Sector should have been.

I have played worse than the first Two Worlds. If you could get past the bad frame rate and the porn star sister it was actually pretty entertaining. Lots and lots of stuff to do and collect and the environmental graphics were good if you were standing still.
Plus the voice acting and dialogue were so bad as to actually be kind of good. Very worthy of playing a little mst3k on the side. Unlike the female Orcs in Oblivion they were just bad in a sad way.
To be dissappointing wouldnt you have to have some good expectations to begin with? Other then Dragon Rising I am not sure there is anything on there I expect to be good. And from what I have heard about Dragon Risin (even from this article) the game sounds like it met my expectations and I cant wait to get it when is cheap (I love realistic shooters that you need to take your time with). 1. Terrible voice acting and dialogue
2. Terrible framerate (on 360)

I would get it but I will pay attention to reviews to see if I will get it full price or cheap. I got the first one on the cheap and had a good time with it. If I had gotten it full price though the framerate and horrible voice acting\scripting may have bothered me a bit more. Huge game though and great for going around collecting crp. We need to be able to get a house though, my 10 or so horses stationed at various points around the world made me lose track of stuff ;).
As if all caps weren’t hard enough to read, it is a big wall of text with little punctuation. So it’s kind of like he’s yelling it all really fast without any breaths or pauses.
Odd, how just little typing tendencies like that can make a post kind of stressful to read.

I am playing it on the 360 and am also finding it quite awesome right now. I will reserve full judgement until I get to the end and see if I want to replay again, but so far so good.
Just accept the default characer. Or If the default character is really too ugly, there generally is a random button (on most games I have played, I will be picking this one up today)that you can click to randomly create your character. Shouldnt take much time if you want to skip it and just get started.

If I absolutly had to wait to get it on black friday for some reason, I would actually pay someone the $20 to go out and get it so I could avoid all the people.

If Graphics and sound are the main issue then I should have no problem with this game. I just spent a month playing Two Worlds and having fun with that, and the only game with worse voice acting and dialouge are some JRPGs. And I can't imagen this game will have a worse framerate.
Its a fun game but I really dont see it as Game of the Year. Way too shallow. Though like we learned from Astroids or Pacman, shallow can be good. I could see it as a co-op game of the year if there was that category. Its good for running around with your friends and laying waste to everything that moves. But as a full gaming experience it lacks in the single player area.

So kinect takes pictures of you when you play the game which you can then upload on line. Does anyone else see this going horribly horribly wrong. [I am specifically talking pictures here not fanboys bashing kinect for the sake of it.] For some reason while reading the article I got a mental image of a bunch of drunk, naked frat boys (and girls) playing these games and posting their images online. I wonder how long it will be until there are "kinect gone wild" videos for sale.
