I think "no slot drive" is okay. Both essentially do the same thing and it's easier to fix a tray-based Drive than a slot-based. Personal experience.

Oh I've adapted all-right. My Elite run-through definitely proves that but I still find it annoying. I'm not saying Killzone 2 is broken because of it, but it's a preference of mines to have very tight aiming in a shooting game like KZ2. That's all.
I just hope they tune up the aiming mechanics. I felt like I was playing twister with my fingers and drunk at the handle. Also, the FOV should be changed so that I don't feel like a midget with a gun about to give Garza some head.

I personally think neither side has better incentives. Ebay is still the best place to get value on your used games/consoles and many game sites offer their own reviews that require no commitments. Bye Bye GameCenter. Now GameStop is simply beefing up the exclusive DLC stuff you alraedy get with pre-orders. I imagine it'll probably be along the lines of "Pre-order X game with your EDGE card and you'll get Y in-game item in addition with X pre-order item".

What's wrong with Treyarch. I thought they redeemed themselves with World at War: while it was WW2, it was a unique WW2 (Pacific Theatre, Soviet end at the Reich Building). Treyarch delivered a solid game that reminds me of IW's salad days when they made CoD1-CoD2 (both which were solid experiences). I look forward to Black Ops simply because Treyarch is behind it.

I like the game, but the aiming was a huge turn-off. I tried to get into it, but ugh...
If you want to make the game harder for yourself, go for it. But don't insist on the controls for all of us. That's why they gave us "HP Mode". If you want it to be hard, leave it as is. I prefer to be less stressed at my controller and more stressed at the game itself.
Safer? Yes
Easier? Yes
Less Expensive? No
Until developers can be held accountable for the products they push out, piracy will never really die because people feel some games/software don't justify their functionality.
