At least they're trying to fix it 3 years after release. You don't see that kind of dedication from other devs. Granted, this shouldn't have shipped with all this problems to begin with.
I still like PSN for the fact I can play online for free. Mics aren't an issue as I just find people with mics to play with. There's that nice feeling that there's no sub attached to PSN. Least, that's how I feel. Only reason I pay for XBL is for online play and party chat. Those 2 features are the only ones I ever use and I don't think $30-60 is worth the price of admission, even if it's just cents a day.
Needs MOAR SNAKE!!!!!!!
why's that? I see plenty of reason to hack the PS3. That SneS emulator I saw on youtube is amazing. IT puts the Virtual Console on Wii to shame. Also, playing PSP Games on the PS3? DC games as well? C'mon, you can't not be impressed by that.
I live in CA and it's not that surprising. Y'see, Cali's a huge melting pot of different cultures. And yeah, Video games have a "larger that usual" effect on the people here in selected parts of Cali. Those "selected parts" happen to be the most influential to crime and other bad things in the world. I'm against most forms of anti-violent video game legislation, but I do know where the pro-side is speaking from. You'll see nearly the same kind of action...
Getting sales isn't about justifying the price. It's about providing the best bang for the buck. Charging $50-$60 is much more favorable than charging $180. The more you charge, the more people expect of your product. People have no problem spending $180 for GT5, but you better bet those buyers will be harsh critics if they even find a tiny thing wrong with GT5.
Don't get a big head Sony. Stay modest and stay classy. Not greedy.
While I agree that game patches are there to address the "mistakes". It seems this-gen, developers are making far more mistakes versus last-gen. I like convenience of online patches, but I don't want developers to get lazy as a result of it.
I agree. MAG overall felt very cheap and didn't provide that visual-flare that keeps pumps the adrenaline. I very much want to like MAG, but first MAG has to get the overhaul it deserves. 256p is seriously an awesome idea and I've participated in a few (after hours of grinding for ranks: totally worth it).
Every Halo game had an epic last-level driving sequence. Reach however contained none. :*(
That's exactly what I say to everyone that is an anime fanatic regarding culture and games. Free porn is cheaper and far less work.
Should added how corrupt the MS-Points system is. UGH.
To be fair. Microsoft didn't get away with the RRoD. They paid for it and still continue to pay for it. Of course, they make it all up though in other devious ways.
You guys are weird...It's just a machine. No need to make cakes for something insignificant. Give that cake to homeless people instead.
The Trip-alternate is just in bad taste....
I'd go gay for Kratos. =D
That's not the point man. What's the point of having all that stuff when you have no control over it? I'm limited to whatever Treyarch decides to put out, and I don't know a dev (other than Valve) that fully supports their products years after it debuts. If it wasn't for the ability to host our own servers, CoD4 would be dead right now. But it isn't, and I'm still good to play that game even today.
It's not as worse as no dedicated servers, but not releasing public server files for personal use is the foundation for a strong community. *sigh*. Also having personal dedicated servers creates that "brotherhood" feeling you won't ever find anywhere else. (except WoW maybe...)
lol
I'm going to jailbreak my PS3 with my Xbox 360! lol.
I agree with you there. They should've nailed this down at the first TU, not the 6th one.
