I don't listen to his music since I prefer different kinds, but there's nothing wrong with the kid in any way.
The first 360 hack officially came out around December of 2009: shy of over 6 months before PS3 announces its jailbreak.
I want the ending with Catherine in bed with Vincent.
Can I get a "yay"?
Wow, tough crowd. Waaay too sensitive people here.
I think moving over to CE3 might be a better welcome for the CryMod community. Yeah, the stuff will look about the same and what-not. But the real benefits is the opportunity to work with DX11 Codepaths.
I think all of the stuff achieved in CE3 is possible with CE2 if someone's willing to put the work into it. Obviously you can't have good lens-flare effects in CE2 if no one bothered to create the .png for it, but that doesn't mean that it isn't impossible. I like to think of comparing game engines based off what they're capable of, not what they have/don't have.
Uh huh...remember when PS3 was $600 and we were promised 1080p native games?
Always take what execs. say with a grain of salt and two tons of charcoal. They're no better than the average Best Buy Salesman trying to get you to buy $200 Monster Cables. I'll believe it when I see it Mr. Stringer in a glasses-free 3D-experience for less than $300.
LOL! That was a good one.
Wow, tough crowd. :(
was hoping more for 4p split-screen. Especially since Killzone in general lacks LAN-support. What fun is a party game that only allows 2p?
I do agree that originality is preferred at this point. However history is rich-full of stuff we never even knew about, or certain aspects of history that lends itself to greater parts of original settings: such as retro sci-fi history(Bioshock), alternative history (Resistance), what-if history (Turning Point), and most likely history from the antagonist PoV (Company of Heroes). We're running the well dry, but not to the point to whine about cliches' yet. Ya'know?
Bungie couldn't pull off 3D even if they wanted to. They're great developers for making fun games, but they're bad developers for making games that include the "wow" factor. With all due respect, I'm buying Reach Day 1, but let's face it. Halo Reach doesn't look as good as one would hope from the last Halo game on the 360.
They make decent Mobos. :/
I love CAG reviews. They tell it like it is because all they're doing is making sure you're getting your money's worth. It's not about what they prefer or what could've been, but purely the question "Am I getting my $60's worth?". And that's why I trust CAG reviews above most others.
I do agree that developers need to keep this **** in check when they go through the QA-part of the dev-cycle. But overall, the inherent beauty of PC Gaming is that stuff can always be improved upon, wouldn't you want to see those improvements instead of having to buy a whole new game? (think Star Ocean 3).
Even so, while there are technical issues, the overall benefits of PC Gaming far outweighs small issues like a bug here and there. If you've been PC gaming for a w...
If I remember right, that gamesave exploit only applied to the original release of SC, and not the Platinum Hits that came after it. It's possible that people just couldn't locate the originals as well. Although a part of me thinks that the gamesave exploit could be done on other games as well....just don't recall.
I don't see how EA shutting down servers has much to do with PC-based VPNs...I also don't see what's the point of using a VPN if "said" game doesn't support LAN: which most EA games don't.
The problem isn't the program itself. But Microsoft. They intentionally placed a 30-ms ping limit so that free-services like Xlink Kai and XB-Connect couldn't compete with Xbox Live. If you have a modded 360 however, you can remove the 30-ms ping limit and enjoy the Tunneling apps the way they were meant to be.
When I sit and think about. The easiness of being able to transfer gamesaves over was thanks to homebrew developers who were able to crack the FATX partition and allow us to backup our saves our own way. Yeah, it also opened up the way to gamerscore hacking, but well....
I predict with the advent of Homebrew for the PS3: I think we'll be able to start backing up our saves without having to rely on Sony.
