I relax myself by playing other games. We can sit here and whine all day, but what's done is done. Leave the man to his work and let's occupy ourselves with other games until Gears 2 gets fixed properly. That's all. I do agree though that this serious of an issue should've been QA'ed the hell out of misery before going Gold.
We can sit here and play the "what if" game and the "should have" game all day, but that's time better spent for gaming and other stuff....
What? Is there an acronym somewhere in deep hiding? I'm not seeing it.
EDIT: I think I got it "Control "A"ll of your "C"omputers with "V"ista?"
Couldn't have said it better myself.
Same here, I would hump it once more for a friend...uh...for Christmas.
GODDAMNIT! I already bought those games at the retail value!!!
Ah well.....*hugs level 30 Medic*
I don't see how Mirror's Edge can be that demanding. Everything in the game world is pre-rendered, so I don't see what else, other than PhysX is taking up that much resources. If it was as dynamic as Crysis, then I can start drawing some ideas.
I think it's stupid that casuals think that the Wii can replace regular workouts. I thought we were this gullible because we're so ****ing fat, but I guess the UK thinks so too. Or someones' forcefeedin' em these lies. Show me statistics that the Wii is a valid solution towards losing weight and I'll cancel my 24 hour fitness membership. You can "pretend" to play Hoola-hoop, or any Wii-sports, but the real thing will always be better physically and mentally. Unless you're unable to ...
Every person that approved this article should have their CRank lowered, or Approval power suspended. This is simply unacceptable.
This is the worst kind of article submission I've seen yet. Everyone, please report this.
-Contributor made up the title.
-The article summary only reinforces the fake title and does not summarizes the entire article.
-And the related channels are somewhat off.
The contributor ****ed up. It's not really about Gears 2, but quote.
"The rules of the game...as they pertain to reviewing games"
/quote. Ugh, damn contributors.
That's why you never go mid-night releases. Or if you do. Make sure you beat the **** out of whoever said it or bring rocks to throw at cars.
Report the User and story for deliberately making up a title.
I'll wait until it hits around $30. Like all others. A short SP Campaign is still inexcusable. It's like Killzone 2 only having 3 hours of Campaign and GG would be like "Those $60 went towards funding the insane graphics you see, so really..you were paying for the graphics cause we felt like we gave you your money's worth already".
Canadians? What are they?
Nah I joke, sucks2bCanadian. You guys should have just as much attention as we do.
I disagree. Blu-Ray has the superior tech and backings. It was a matter of time until some studios saw that. Even if HD-DVD won, BR wouldn't disappear because BR could still be used as a storage medium for computers. So either way, BR wins on some front because it had PS3 games, computers, and movies going for it. HD-DVD only had movies going for it and that's why it lost. Sony make a great risk at putting BR in all PS3s, but at the price of us gamers.
You could say that Sony is ...
Either side you pick, either way you choose. You're a douchebag in the end.
Killzone 2 has a US release date of 2/27. And Halo Wars got a EU release date of 2/27. Unless we're flipping the cards and Killzone 2 also gets a EU release date of 3/3, I don't see much of an issue in the first 2 comments.
Now all I need proven is the gameplay and I will be sold.
Who in their right mind would pay $208-$260 for a doll?
Like I said, Sony keeps their advertising inside Home and nowhere else. I consider that pretty good treatment on their part. If suddenly my XMB got littered with ads, then I'd see Kotaku's point, but ads in Home is very acceptable. McDonalds ads in Killzone 2 however, isn't.
I'm against In-game advertisements all-together, but I do tolerate some forms of it. EA's "dynamic ads" isn't tolerable: just an eyesore - Fortunately, this isn't what Sony's are like so I'm cool wi...
