But...you know...I'm better than that..*ahem*

I disagree. The art-direction does its job of portraying a war-torn atmosphere very well. Also all shooters don't have to be fast-paced. I'd argue that Tactical-shooting in reality is slow and steady. Of course, I'm no armyman but I have participated in Airsoft matches on a professional level, and well....KZ2 does a good job of portraying both warlike-atmosphere, and warlike gameplay on a realistic level. Not too realistic of course. That would suck I suppose.

I think you want K...

I hated games like CoD4, but I do admit: after CoD4: I found myself using the scope more often. However though, I want a balance between using the sights and hip fire/shoulder fire. I have faith GG will do good.

I have faith that GG built KZ2 with Co-op in mind. For one thing, you always seem to have at least 1 AI buddy with you. *hint*? And that someone like GG would know that alot of FPS gamers love story co-op.

I have no idea what this means, but whoo!! Guitar Hero!!

Xbox 360. Holding back multiplatform games since 2006. Oh, and imagine the mandatory Install space needed to cater to the slow 2x BR Drive. 400GB on the PS3 is a disaster both technically, and conceptually. No dev will put in that much game content and still charge us $60.

I have enough discipline to abstain from watching anything new KZ2 (news is totally acceptable: new features, functions, etc.). If I can stay away from MGS4 for one month prior, I think I'll go for a double. After all, it's not guaranteed that KZ2 will be out by Feb. '09. It was noted that Feb '09 was the very earliest we could expect it.

You have not embraced CS then if you think CoD4 is better. A 1998 game that's still alive and kicking, says alot already. Back that up with endless mods and 64 player support and well......CoD what? Someone can make a CoD4 mod for CS and that would probably still be better than CoD4. Graphics do not make a game, if you're thinking that's what KZ2 will do. Sure they help alot, but ultimately the gameplay will decide whether a game is great or not.

I know I'll get a visit from the disagree trolls, but I want to preserve the virgin experience as much as possible. Like MGS4, by abstaining from anymore news, I believe I'll appreciate the experience by at least five-fold more than the average gamer. It's no fun playing games and already knowing what to expect. It's the surprise and wow factor that really sells the game and gives those lasting impressions.

Easy. You have 3 groups.

1. Pirates that will do it regardless of the price
2. Pirates that sometimes buys the product afterwards
3. Pirates that always buy products they pirate afterwards.

In WoG's case, I just didn't see the appeal of it or the love, and I'm sure many others share my sentiment. I'm not saying Piracy is suddenly good, I'm just trying to rationalize the high-rate of piracy for WoG. Hell I never even heard of that game until I saw it on N4...

Professor got owned, but for the betterment of gaming-kind. I'd argue that video-game music rivals with hollywood movies very well. Even surpasses it IMO in some cases.

Yah, I hate that picture too. Can we please get a better picture where my initial thoughts won't be his weight?

Because the custom-chainsaw is merely mounted onto the RIS: I can imagine the chainsaw making the gun "front-heavy" which is problematic for recoil control and controlling fatigue. A great concept, but could use more work for practicality. If it was me, I would attach rails to the body to even out the weight distribution. A picture of the later revisions of the Skorpion Vz. 68 comes to mind.

But so far, very impressive. I'm surprised chainsaws came that small, even for ...

But you know...whatever floats their boat, that's just lost potential sales. If I was Capcom: I'd show PS3 some love by slapping in RE4 in the PS3 Version or anything that can mandate the 25GB of space. Add extra games, hell throw in RE:Degeneration and I would instantly pick one up. Can you imagine? A game and a HD-Movie.

We will see, I disagree about more cache = better speeds though. By that theory, then Penryn chips should outdo the Conroe chips easily, but I can easily obtain a PC Mark score with my OC'ed Q6600 to 3.0GHz that can rival a Q9550. And both are 8MB-Split and 12MB-Shared respectively, so now what?

But I will see what AMD can do. Even though Intel has beaten AMD to death 2-gens in a row, history is technically on AMD's side. But we'll see I guess. I'm a fan of competition and would ...

I think the AC-wave plans pertains more to Rural areas where broadband is scarce. I think the FCC is trying to bring broadband to those that have no means themselves, which explains the last part regarding Dial-up speeds rather nicely.

Well.....hm.. I feel indifferent about the situation. Now if the FCC can mandate Fiber Optics all over the Nation, I'd be one happy person. I'm tired of forcibly being under the boot of Comcast and am anxiously waiting for a competitor to come to m...

I remember that 2.42(or was it .43) addressed some "admin" settings that some PS3s had that would cause exceptions errors that resulted in bricked consoles IIRC.

If anything else, I would argue that Sony declaring it an "Isolated incident" and Microsoft claiming responsibility is as simple as playing the blame game. Microsoft blames themselves, and Sony blames the paradoxical vortex known as "end-users". However the blame game aside, you claimed this...

Replacing PS3's have nothing to do with QA. QA(Quality Assurance) is suppose to safeguard Sony and Microsoft from having to replace consoles in the first place by extensively testing the submissions(FW, Dash-update) for any possible fatal glitches or bugs that might cause trouble for the end-user. If a QA team drops the ball, it's the end-users(gamers) that suffer the consequences with glitchy audio, sloppy performance, freezing, and at the worst: console bricking.

We shouldn't h...

To be fair, PS3's FWs (especially 2.4) has bricked multiple PS3 consoles and you want to debate QA? I would just stop right there before you usher in a fight not worth fighting.
