I thought the "future" part was lame because the awe-factor is already gone. But I could be wrong and people are as excited for future-CoD like last-year.
CDPR makes only one-kind of game. Whereas Ubisoft makes all-kinds of games that are consistently "decent enough". Like Sony. Like Nintendo. Unlike Microsoft and their hard-ons for shooter-based games.
The lack of MGS1, VR Missions on discs, as well as the "still missing" Disc 2 of Subsistence is a major deal breaker for me.

While I do like the idea of a new engine and thus, new opportunities for gameplay: I'd rather have a smooth frame-rate over a pretty picture any day.
