Let's hope fromSoftware can reinvent the meaning of a "difficult" game. I dislike luck-based difficulty where getting past a quest hinged on that one Skeleton not reappearing at that time cause the Necromancer glitched in the wall during the nth playthrough.
We should be thankful for Adam Orth. If it wasn't for him: the community would never have learned about the Always-On DRM that Microsoft has been cooking up. In a sense, he's our favorite Pariah.
Anonymous-based raging has been around since the day you could register for an account and not have to use your real name or personal info.
I'm guessing you've started using your real name on Youtube as well?
I'm just glad to see AMD is pulling themselves together cause no matter where anyone stands: everyone loses if Intel-Nvidia hold a monopoly. Competition benefits everyone, so don't forget that the next time you're gloating about your 3970X or your Titan.
Needs more boss battles, needs more everything really. I'd buy it. I hope this DLC does not disappoint the same why the DmC DLC did.
If you haven't finished the game: you need to get off the internet until you finish it. That, and because it might answer what kind of DLC we could expect.
The only difference I could tell was that they ax'd a lot of player choices. Other than that, the 2k11 video and the final game is pretty close to each other.
Well, if one is looking for reasons that this game doesn't deserve a perfect score: here's one.
Maybe I'm already desensitized, but violence isn't the first or fourth word I'd use to sum up my experience with this game. The only thing that really stood out in violent-acts was the melee executions. The other things like Vigor-finishers or the plot-elements didn't really phase me. As weird as this is; it was the lack of focus of violence that made this game memorable to me.
You're marrying your own daughter. Enjoy the incest.
If you really want to support the right people and the right cause: buy it for PC. That's their home-turf and they're able to do a lot more for you without Sony/Microsoft getting in the way.
Remember when Microsoft forced Valve to charge for its DLC?? It's just like that. Remember how Sony charges publishers per GB downloads? Not that Sony doesn't deserve its fair share but you'll be doing more good for gaming overall if you get it on PC.
CDPR contracted Bandai-Namco to handle distribution of TW2 for retailers. The physical copies came with SecuROM. CDPR then released a patch which removed it and Bamco sued them over it.
I disagree. Cheap hardware and their focus on local-play is what made the Wii popular/successful. $250 consoles with $50 games. When you get games like Brawl and other 4p friendly games. It's hard to argue against a good deal cause face it: Console gamers are the bargain hunters of our culture. When you ignore the principle that gamers buy consoles to game on the cheap; you've lost touch with your customers.
I'm pretty excited for the new Zombies map. Plus MP is pretty fun. Don't see the hate. :(
That's a good point. But that would have to depend on Letuce's tear device vs Elizabeth's innate abilities affecting the memories when passing between universes. Thanks for bringing that up because I forgotten about the 'passing over' part.
Calling it now: Columbia is overrun by Zombies/Nazis/Russians.
Option 1 makes the most sense at the end. We could assume that the Epilogue was DeWitt on that day before any of it happened.
Option 2 is a bit weirder because I think that's when "universes" stop existing and timelines become more appropriate. The game blurs the border between universes/timelines: how else could Elizabeth show Booker his own past?
Memories plays a key role. You can't drown the Booker that already knows of the future because that alone would've already changed the future and eliminate everything. You had to be in control of a Booker being drowned with no knowledge of the future for that part to make any logical sense. That's a plot hole because the Booker we drowned let himself be drowned for no other purpose. Whereas the Booker we want would've been ignorant to the future events.

I spent the first 15 minutes exploring Columbia and listening to those 4 dudes sing and visiting. Throughout the game you can clearly tell a lot of thought was put into the city and the culture. It's a shame I don't really get to get a better idea of Columbia because we're just moving from Point A to Point B and so on. Back in the first Bioshock; you back-tracked a bit and saw bits of non-scripted parts of the game. You basically 'explored'. Bioshock: Infinite by compariso...
