Most likely how they plan to charge for individual services within the OS. Sure they announced the OS is free to upgrade to but I believe they'll charge for various features that exist in it.
I think it was obvious from the last gen that Sony and Microsoft both wanted to go for both gaming and multimedia. I have no problem with that. Its just where should the focus be? Gaming imo.

I've got no issue with that. It works. I'd rather it do something as simple as open the inventory, or make the left side open a map and the right side open an inventory, than say have them try to use it in a gimicky method and it not work as intended or ruin the experience.
I don't know anything about the Witcher games, hence why I'm watching the video. But a man cannot watch to much Game of Thrones :P
I've never played this game, so whether its a 'quality' port or not doesn't change the fact that I'm excited to play it. My team has a good number of people that are looking forward to giving it a shot. Several of us were big MAG fans so this kinda brings that concept that we are looking for.

It'll advertise well. I mean its got the funding of Facebook behind it. No reason it shouldn't atleast be popular in the general consumers eye.

Wonder how many people criticizing this decision even have a PC capable of playing the game on PC at its highest settings. I'd put money on not the majority of them.

I've been using it last couple days on the free trial to play XCom: Enemy Unknown. Its working great and I can't see any graphical hit or issues.
That being said I still need to try an FPS on it and see how or if it is affected by any lag/latency issues with the input. Because that for me would be a deal breaker.

I'd agree it was a way to earn money, but it was intentionally short. They were going to give you a bunch of stuff from TPP in a prologue of the game. Its a teaser, a taste of whats to come, for an entry fee of course.

I agree to an extent. My only disagreement with what you said would be that Netflix is cemented in the industry. Ask them about their decision to attempt to split the company a couple years ago and see how they bled customers.
The number of people who fled the service forced Netflix to drop the plan entirely after they had already made the site and everything. So long as they don't change much they are fine.

I'm more pissed about the fact that they'll put it on the PS store for PS4 at an insane price, just like it was on iOS with no changes made to it..... and people will buy it.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I remember very clearly not being able to play Battlefield 4 AT ALL for nearly an entire month, and then after that I was all I could do to not rage quit over the rubber banding.
All that being said BF4 was given some pretty high review scores. Shame.

Absolutely not. Right now the PSN is a great service, with some problems. Its not a bad service by any stretch of the imagination and we get all of that for the same price.
Are there issues? Sure, occasionally I have a hiccup or two with a slow loading friends list, but its a minor annoyance, and usually clears up after I close the list and re-open it.
