Good for him. Is it silly that he makes so much for what he does/how he acts? Sure maybe, but thats my opinion, and clearly his supporters like it.

The consumer will decide ultimately. I'm personally interested in it, and have always been, but I was also interested in 3D for home use and never ended up purchasing a 3D TV due to deciding it was more novelty than anything. H...
Reclaim the crown? When did they have it? Thr only thing I can think they are referring to is sales and the PS2 outsold everything and the PS3 overtook the 360 in lifetime sales so what crown are we referring to?
Ultimately consumers buy ehat they want and competition is good for all of us, but seriously if you are trying to say they are reclaiming the sales crown tell me when they had it.
One of the biggest issues I have with purchasing all my games digitally on console is the fact that I'm not able to carry those games to the next generation. Admittedly I'm not one to really go back and play older generation games but there are a few I've really wanted to be able to play again but won't pay for again, ala X-Com Enemy Unknown.
I get it, the ability to play these again was not guaranteed but the infrastructure is in place with PS Now that there ...
Try looking that up VforVideogames. You'll find the reports of Sony finishing out that Gen ahead of Microsoft.
Except the PS3 ended up finishing that generation in 2nd place behind the Wii and Sony is still alive. So the only thing that repeated was possibly how hard it was to develop for.
Was thinking the same thing reading through the comments. All I could think about is how it doesn't need an SP. I never played the game (Don't have an XBox) but I'm not at all against an MP only game.
1. Gotta be priced right.
2. Gotta have enough content.
3. It's gotta be good.
Not specifically in that order, but I could appreciate what they were going for.
Yeah I'll just wait and see. I'm not giving into the hype because I've been burned by DICE and EA before. It's one thing to be excited about the idea of a game but another to take everything they say hook, line, and sinker and run with it.
BETA tests? Ha. BF3 and BF4 had them and the releases were both garbage, especially BF4. EA/DICE have earned my distrust.
That being said I'm looking forward to seeing more about the game, and some actua...
This was the first game I ever really considered donating to kickstarter for. I'm SO GLAD that I didn't do it. Development hell.
Whats even crazier is that dude Blackwidow seemed to be all tight with em and now we haven't heard from him either.
I hope it goes good for them, just like I hope it goes good for Sony and Nintendo. Competition means good things for consumers and thats where WE win.
On a personal level I take everything Microsoft says with a grain of salt, not that any is needed for this statement. Its E3, its supposed to be more about games, and thats what we'll see.

Reviews are subjective. I think its funny that you summarize the game as being 'slightly better than average' off a couple reviews that are out. Not that the number of released reviews would matter, because its all still subjective.
I'd consider getting it but I never finished Fallout 3 b/c of a PS3 game breaking bug. I couldn't bring myself to replay everything I'd done and gave up.
I'm sure they poured everything they could into Fallout 3 to and look how bugged that was. All I'm saying is I don't think any Dev goes into a game thinking "lets do this half assed".
@WelkinCole
What do you mean? Uncharted 1 was a great game, and Uncharted 2 blew everything out of the water - was absolutely amazing.
So if thats what you are worried about then that would be a good thing.
I agree with pecorre on this one.
They never even offered the full game for PS+, just a limited version of it. At most, and this is just trying to play the middle ground, I think Sony could establish a monetary value of the limited title they were going to offer and give you the equivalent of that in PS+ days which wouldn't be much, but personally I don't even agree with that.

Glad I'm not the only one. I don't have a single platinum. There's been a few games I actually thought I liked enough, and tried to convince myself to go for the platinum.
I never got them tho because the task of doing it on those games ended up feeling like a job and I was just getting iritated and realized if that was the case then I wasn't enjoying the game so I shouldn't bother.
I agree to an extent that pla...
Imagine how much wouldn't have changed if they wouldn't have delayed Hardline.
Depends on the definition of exclusive your using. That would depend on which type of troll you want to be.
SOE made PC games, and some coming or that had come to Playstation Consoles. Therefor not 'exclusive' to the system.
With all this drama between Konami and Kojima I'm not even going to bother getting it. I don't see it being a complete product or one supported for any decent period of time as it looks Konami just wants to wash their hands of all of it. Sucks, but thats the perspective they have given me.
