Don't agree with the review. You spent a lot of time being wordy for the sake of clearly making your point that you didn't like the game.
The multiplayer, after the BETA, clearly has not been tested as the servers have been down. Good job being wordy with that to, basing your words off the BETA.

I'm not 'happy' about it but I'm not raging pissed like tons of people posting around here either. I've got plenty of other things to do. The network being down is the sole reason I took the time to beat Socom 4 SP and play some custom missions and start it on Elite. I'd never have bothered if I could play multiplayer because I enjoy multi to much.
I'm gonna sit back and relax while I enjoy more Mass Effect 2 as well.
Another one of these articles? Sony never said they would or wouldn't reimburse anyone. Keep working on getting hits by adding more speculation to the mix.
People who only use the service probably shouldn't expect anything, its a free service they pay nothing to use.
PS+ users and DCUO users should probably expect a couple of bucks at most and that will be cost per month divided by number of days in the month to determine how much a day your subscrip...

I understand what your saying but it doesn't negate the fact that it isn't your fault nor Sony's that some idiot did something they weren't supposed to do to begin with.
I'm merely stating people need to hold the right people accountable. Direct their anger at the proper people. People around here act like Sony isn't doing everything they can to get the system back up and running, to think a billion dollar company isn't would be silly.
I had a lot of reservations but went ahead and got it. Glad I did. Was fun and now waiting to play online.

I love all the people complaining about the communication. Sony can't win either way.
1. Hackers attack the network and people blame Sony. As I've said in other posts this logic is stupid. Thats like saying because you left your front door unlocked its your fault the criminal broke in and stole your stuff. Stupid.

Have fun. Like the person above me said, LIVE was down for two weeks and then down during the Christmas Holidays at one point.
You would be the first person in line complaining if they gave you a date and for some unforseen reason couldn't do it by that date.
If they had a time frame they would probably give it. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. If they don't post an update people complain about lack of communication, if they post what everyone already knows people complain about lack of a clear answer.
Maybe Sony doesn't know the exact date they are gonna put it back up. Problem is if they post a date and then don't make it they are gonna get slammed with more stupid complaints.
I was really worried about picking up Socom 4 but am glad I did. I was in the BETA and while I didn't get to play much I wasn't overly impressed.
Teamates talked me into getting it and I'm glad I did. I've had a lot of fun with the SP mode and can't wait to play the online. I need to pick up the Sharpshooter tho. I've got MOVE controllers already but this would take the cake :)
