Mega Man isn't on the list, so I'm cool.
It's obviously part of what was on the Playstation.Blog last weekend. Games like White Knight Chronicles, Uncharted 2, and other ("super secret") games were going to be previewed for press.
Can't wait to find out what they are.
Mega Man 2 isn't all that hard. Mega Man 9 was designed to be easier, too.
A lot of the additions in Mega Man 9 over Mega Man 2 are actually extremely old in the franchise. The shop has been in games as far back as Mega Man IV on GameBoy (circa 1993) and most of the other additions (Rush, mainly) were added as early as Mega Man 3 on the NES.
I seriously don't think the game needs an upgrade. Capcom has gone that route in the past with no commercial luck.
Bought the LBP stuff and Disgaea 3 stuff. Here's hoping they finish the Disgaea 3 DLC characters soon, since I want that Raspberyl expansion.
SF4, Uncharted Waters Online, and Disgaea got Home spaces in Japan...
I think I'll check out the EWO space when I get the chance. It might be pretty interesting.
Grandia and Langrisser 1 & 2 PSOne...
Makes me kinda sad SCEA and SCEE can't pull their weight more. Grandia is among the best non-FF/DQ series ever (alongside SMT, Suikoden, and Wild Arms) and Langrisser is one of the better, longer running SRPG series out there.

Here's hoping Suikoden 2 also gets a chance to appear on the store.

I'm pretty sure you'll be surprised to know FFXII is a spinoff of FFT, then.
They're not really spinoffs because they're not a plainly numbered game. Even the devs keep saying the three XIII games complete themselves as parts of the same world.

That would indeed be great, though I'm also looking into whether the demo's extras will work with the European version (very likely not).

It actually trended. The re-release (Playstation The Best) kind of coincided with the manga's release, as well. They really are pushing for Valkyria Chronicles to be a franchise.
This pretty much comes back to gamers liking what they like best: games.
The Wii (and its two predecessors) DO have great games, but that's exactly the same as saying the Genesis, Saturn, and Dreamcast had awesome games. Yes, it's very true. Difference is, not enough people are buying them for a very real reason: The target audience isn't buying said consoles.

It isn't even a piracy thing. Pirates have often hacked digital download games, so that won't even stop them..
Valkyria Chronicles DLC and the Monkey King's outfit makes up for it on my side.
I'll agree that we need more PSOne games and more PSN games that Europe and even the 360 got in NA, like Outrun...

I'm DEFINITELY happy. Vandal Hearts 1 & 2 are among my favorite SRPGs on the PSOne.
Edit: With a release date "around September", I'm definitely going nuts here.
While you can't do that, you can definitely use the PSPs TV-Out and play those games on your TV. Add to that the recent introduction by Resistance PSP's use of the DualShock 3 and you can see how a versatile console/handheld hybrid could definitely be the answer.
But the PS2 has been out for 9 years, too. The DS is selling a lot of software worldwide and the PSP makes a killing with each big name title in Japan, so I wouldn't doubt that both systems can overtake the PS2 in the end.
If it only takes 2 portables to beat the legendary PS2 (I'm sure the DS could handle it on its own) then handheld gaming could definitely be the next great shift in gaming as a whole.
