Actually, when you look at the gap between PS2 and Wii, it's not that huge. Between PSP and Wii? That's a whole other story.
Yep, the PS2 has better graphics than the PSP. Who knew?
Monster Hunter (PS2) was free to play online in North America, but the servers are now permanently shut down.
If Monster Hunter Tri ever makes it here, I suspect Capcom won't make it pay to play (suicidal for a hardcore series with already weak market penetration to be P2P on the Wii...) but won't keep the servers up for a very long time.
One has to wonder what type of decision they'd take, though.
The only people who might still be interested in an eleventh hour save of the game are huge Stargate fans who are pretty rich.
It's not really a scoop, though. The page says nothing about new games, but people are assuming new ones should be coming since that's what Level 5 did for the past few years.

That's the original andriasang article.
Dark Cloud 3 or Rogue Galaxy 2!
It would probably work, yes.
Other "leave the game on for X hours" trophies worked in the same way.
For someone who's remotely seasoned in the game, most of these things are achieved while playing the game normally or while screwing around to see if you can bug up the game.
The trophies that'll cause actual problems are the ones related to Reverse Pirating, since they require actual puzzle solving (randomized, often unsolvable).
The source site for this article is RedFlagDeals. They usually deal with Canada-only rebates and promotions unless otherwise stated.
How is this any different from when companies put up job listings on their site?
NISA isn't the only one who recruits at non-recruitment conventions.
Here's hoping they announce they've finally gotten Atelier Rorona and Trinity Universe.
I don't see how I didn't answer the question. While I was wrong on both accounts (looks like someone tried to take FF3 and make it cuter), Yoshida's known for making mature looking game art with a bit of medieval transcription style.
This game's teaser page had it looking like a blend between Ryoma Ito's FFTA2 and Yoshida's FFT... I was half expecting the game to be in 2D with the warriors of light still looking somewhat less cute (more like FFT's characters).
Considering Yoshida will be doing the character art, either expect something along the lines of FFT (original) or they could go full-retro and make it look like older games (NES or SNES).
I was kind of hoping for a new game set in Ivalice, but this still works. Here's hoping that dragon actually gets to fight with you.
I know, right? He was promoting Pitchmen with his co-star and now this happens.
That interview is likely the last one he ever gave, too...
Wow, bubbles for that summary of the producers.
As for this article, it's the official confirmation post on the PS.Blog by Naughty Dog's co-President.
Yep, he's definitely a tank when compared to characters like Onion Knight and even Cecil. I find that the CPU has great luck when dodging struggles while using Sephiroth, though...
Those are for the Japanese version. The North American and European versions of the game don't have trophies yet. This post confirms trophies for North America, as said in the news post itself.
Japan got different releases, like FFIV not being with Chrono Trigger. Maybe FFI was released separately in Japan for PSOne.
I think it's more because of the solid fact that console Monster Hunter games sell far less than their portable counterparts, to a magnitude of 6 to 1 in some cases. Monster Hunter 3 (Tri) is still up in the air for paid online support (likely going to happen) and it's not easily transportable for co-op play with other people; that kills the appeal the Portable series has.
Microsoft probably said "why bother if it's not even going to crack half a million".
Try searching on Capcom Unity's Twitter page. There are no text matches for any part of that message going back a couple of weeks.
When your source either pulled down or never posted it in the first place, that pretty much makes it false.
The way things are going, that won't happen for a decade.
