DId you played the game? Or it is another opinion made from the reading of the reviews? Im playin it right now and Im enjoying it thank you very much. Im yet to see anything he complains the interwebs are all about right now.
This game has NO COMPETITION in terms of content and quality in any other console or PC and we have the fanboys going haywire with the sites going : " HEY! I dare to say GT5 is da FAILURE!"

Its not a matter of being made there or not. The thing is completely wrong for the japanese market. They live in small spaces in there (unles you're living in the small cities). The X360 dont appease to them AT ALL, so lets keep the xenophobic BS out of the argument.
From Core 2 Duo to i7 people are complaining about the lag in single and multiplayer....the 'fixes' from the web work somewhat, but its such a POS code running its not worth it...Im so happy for NOT buying it!
Taking in consideration that MS got into the gaming market to TRY AND STOP Sony from geting into too deep the living room (something Sony did anyway with the PS2's DVDs capabilities), this article is asking for the answer that Sony did already provide with the multimedia device that is the PS3. It simply offers everything X360 does and more, things MS cant or wont provide.

All about the love to drive. Its a game made by and for cars lovers. Its not about bragging rights (though now you can when posting your videos straingh to Ytube and the world wide - or maybe by region...dont know - gamer logs/times).
Its a simulator, so cuting trough the grass and hitting the walls will kill your time and car, with the best physics system availabe.
Its not made for the kiddies that want to go fast, but dont want to know how it is to drive a ...
People really are looking for something to complain/hate about GT5....besides the weigh gains and aero dynamics that would or may end up phuking up the ballance of the car in the end, theres nothing else besides the stetics. Changing the size or design arent always a good thing....

The internal design is flawed since the4 very beggining, and thats a FACT right there for the no sayers.
It improoved quite a lot since the beggining, but some always remain.
The thing is, after all iteration of the console over the years, and all types of problems it had (RRoD, DVD driver, E074? and so on) no matter what MS and its fans says, no one with common sense can say that they arent afraid of it dying on a whim.
Because the power is there, but if the developer dont want to actually work for it, or is rushing the version that will problably sell less than the main console it will out for...why put the work in that? Unless you want to keep the fanboy googles up, thats quite reasonable. By now, after the games that did come out on PS3 and the ports that actually looks BETTER on PS3 than on X360, you point was killed long ago.

After nearly 5 year of developing for the system, a game that is pretty much equal on both platforms (W@W) and some people still uses the "PS3 is too damn hard to develop for" BS....
Now, Activion doing a shody port to the ALWAYS SURE cash in that is CoD on the platform that it will sell less (not conting PC here...oh yes..it will be on Wii too...so well...whatever...)....thats quite understandable.

Despite the BS you're spousing, your point is killed like this: Want to see whos get the best hardware? Compare it when they are their best, wich means EXCLUSIVES! Get all those fine and fun X360 exclusives and compare to PS3 ones...and you get a onslaugh never seen before in gaming market. Everything you said was already killed by previous games released on PS3 that far surpass anything on X360...

GT3 lauched (if my source is correct) in 2001. If I remeber correctly, the PS2 was about 1 year out....and then went to sell 140+ million 9 year later....so this point of yours is moot.
While I dont really care about numbers, most, if not all, GT games (that werent the Prologue editions...) went on to sell 10+ million units in the lifetime of the console it came out for, and if the trend keeps up, your post will be made wrong in the end.

Exactly! And thats whats amazing! They are accusing GT5 to be more of the same and yet they did grade GTA and CoD to such high grades, when they are, in fact, MORE OF THE SAME! Double Standart doesnt quite explain.....
