guy... too many GTA fans out there (i'm not one of them), but if having the full experience is only available on 360, its going to make a difference.

L.A. Noire is no blockbuster game, it could end up being another BULLY, TABLE TENNIS, or THE WARRIORS.

the developers of GTA said it themselves already if you want to play and have the FULL EXPERIENCE of GTA4 that is will be only available on 360.
so what is PS3 actually winning?? more time? before the full experience comes out on 360 and not the PS3??
umm... ,maybe i missed something, but why is M$ the cause of the delay, if it was announced that they were running behind schedule on the PS3 and it was going to comes out 2 weeks after the 360 version ?

GTA comes out in the spring,
episodic content #1 comes out fall 08, just in time for holiday season...and you know M$ will use that publicity to sell even more consoles next holiday season.
to 16.1 the only reason PS won the last console war is because of 3rd party support. The biggest names in video games are not from "in house" sony. So what does it mean if Sony makes more games the M$ and Nint...

its not bad news for PS3 owners, cause there are still great games coming, but it's going to hurt console sales this holiday season cause its a fact...GTA moves systems.....not new IP's like Lair and HS even though they could be great.
And FACT is HALO will move millions of systems this holiday season.

but next year might be too late... best selling time of the year is during the holiday...not April or March.
but come next year PS3 will be getting MGS4 and GTA4 around the same time while the 360 wont be getting any real system sellers.
but as far as this holiday season goes, not looking too good for PS3.
HALO will moves MILLIONS of consoles.
so this probably means the episodic content for 360 are going to be getting delays like Half life episodes..... probably the first one will come fall 2008, and the next one fall 2009
either way, that game would have sold alot of consoles...
so it will affect both PS3 and 360,
but more so PS3 because now they have no PROVEN system seller going in to the holiday.

PS3 is getting some good games and a couple of great ones, but no system sellers.

sounds like a good idea to add a motion controller to the PS2 since it already has over 100 million users out there.... but yeah, then that means they would be losing focus on the ps3, phuck it, add a motion sensor onto that sucker too.

Lair looks like an amazing innovative game, but if people (reviewers) are already complaining about the controls.... it would make sense to just include choice for analog also.
i'm a 360 user, but been looking forward to seeing Heavenly sword and of course Lair, because they are the only 2 games coming up the year on PS3 that interest me.
so hopefully the do "go back to the drawing board" and include the choice for sixaxis or analog. why force the motion controls when you can give people a choice??
this is exactly what alot of people including myself have been saying in these boards. Without GTA, PS3 has no major blockbuster game coming out. New IP's dont sell systems. Proven games like GTA and HALO will sell consoles just as they have proven in the past.
I'm sure next year if MGS4 and GTA come out around the same time, it will move alot of systems...but thats next year.... this holiday season is looking real good for M$ mainly because they got HALO.
