Not exactly, games like Avatar, Legend of Han Tao, etc have had advanced/better 3D on them with HDMI 1.2 or what ever the 360 uses.
I don't think they expect him to pay it, a similar case had happened recently in the music industry where a lady was supposed to pay over a million for downloading/uploading music. They eventually brought that down to less than $20,000 I think I even read somewhere that the RIAA was also working on bringing it down to a reasonable sum!
Perhaps here Nintendo will eventually reach an agreement and simply use this opportunity as one to make an example out of people?
Never heard of the backlash, this is infact the first time I've seen the cover! It looks worse than a lot of fan made box art!
I'm positive SEGA simply wants this game to fail in the US.
Bots are great, especially if they are used in online matches as well to make up for a missing player. In games like PDZ, Shadowrun, etc if a team member leaves a bot takes their place, once a human member joins the bot is removed and the team member is put in its place.
I remember having tons of fun with bots in on the first 007 game on the N64 by EA, Tomorrow Never Dies I think. Bots and local player support are two things that should never die.
I'd rather have a 3 or in this case 4 page long review that tries to justify a score than one that is simply a page long with a score be it a 10 or a 1.
In this particular interest, I can't say I really agree with GR's score.
Microsoft and even Sony for that matter do donate consoles to the military for recreation purposes. What the army was asking for here was to use them for simulations, training, etc. There are images of American soldiers part of the Future Force Warrior program using 360 controllers to pilot drones and such.
Regardless, even if Microsoft did sell the army the Xboxes to do simulations on and such people would be here saying things like "oh they're supporting X war, killing, ...
Correction, DreamcastEye was the first implementation of such tech on a console, as time progressed the tech got more and more advanced.
You guys must have insanely high stands if games hovering near 90 on MetaCritic, N4G, etc are simply disappointing rents.
Doesn't seem to be as good as the original but from the reviews still an amazing experience.
Didn't like the demo much either, doesn't reflect well especially after the PR stunts.
Think I might just pick up Darksiders to hold me over till March, and probably Bayonetta as well.
Did you miss the "Former" party in the guys title? (aka no longer works at Sony)
Bayonetta has already sold over 1 million units worldwide according to SEGA, also keep in mind that these numbers from what is written aren't from Michael Patcher, he isn't the only one working at Webush Morgan after all.
Not very impressive considering how some demos break the million download barrier within a few days. Wheelman, Halo Wars, Dante's Inferno, etc.
But to fair, it is a multiplayer only demo which might have something to do with it.
In regards to Basketball, 2K Sports says hi! Generally among reviewers and fans of the sport the NBA 2K series is seen as superior to the NBA Live stuff. 2K also had better NFL games but they can't make any NFL games due to the licensing thing.
Couldn't he just get it from the downloads history page?
They have other business asides from gaming, they've also done a lot of outsourcing jobs for PSP, DS, PS2, etc. I think they are financially stable enough, they haven't had many game hits previously yet they are one of if not the largest independent game developer in Europe.
All consoles have their strengths and weakness, something you can do on one console might not work the same on another.
I didn't mind the 360 controls too much, it wasn't a perfect game by any means but when looking at the reviews it seems like it was the game people just loved to hate. I've been a long time AITD fan so seeing a game after so long was a buy for me regardless. :P
FreeMonk: Mass Effect came to PC 6-7 months after it did on the 360, it was exclusive until EA bought BioWare/Pandemic and announced a PC port in 08.
EGM was purchased by the original creator of the magazine from 1UP, so it is basically its own entity at this point.
This explains the Midway trademark filing Superannuation posted about a few months back.
