IIRC, Microsoft never said HDMI was needed. Does anyone have a link?
There isn't a major difference between component and HDMI 1.2 but I still prefer to use HDMI on my 360 and PS3 when I game.
You can actually search for Forge maps through bungie.net

Yeah I'll have to wait for this quote as well, I don't think Nintendo or Microsoft have specifically called out the PS3 and said it would fail. Officially of course, employees tweeting something doesn't count.
He must think the fanboys on N4G somehow represent Nintendo or Microsoft.
SEGA of Japan still releases Dreamcast games every now and then, a few other Japanese developers also release arcade ports.
Not to mention the fantastic homebrew community.
The Halo MMO was canceled because it was getting to costly among other things.
Time Splitters 4 isn't really canceled, just on hold. Free Radical went into administration and were bought by Crytek who have them working on other things at the moment.
Yet it still sold over 1 million units which is pretty good for a launch title...
Rare isn't developing Kinectimals, a company called Frontier Developments (Lost Winds, Wallace & Gromit, etc) is.
Rare didn't make Party Animals, that was Krome.
Kotick has been with the company since 1995 when he saved it from nearly shutting down for good...
OT: I'll be picking up Shattered Dimensions soon, seems pretty ambitious and the devs could use some support.
The headline is pretty damning if that is the case and not true if even the author dedicated a paragraph or so towards it.
PirateThom: If you want to play it like that, isn't Move a big release? GT 5? etc?
Piracy is horrible for the industry, I can't believe fanboys try to spin it to play in their console favors.
Actually, people were pretty hyped for Quantum Theory, on N4G alone by using the search feature you can find a ton of articles.

Pick up a book kid and pray you'll never live in a country where intimidation and "thuggery" is used to "sway" votes. This doesn't even include what'll begin after power is taken.
It's the Duke, you can always bet on him to bring you a fun filled great experience.
Always bet on Duke.
Most PC games that use 360 controllers automatically convert the on screen prompts to the 360 buttons when a controller is detected and in use.
Those were fake IIRC.
Other way around if at all dude, Duke has been in development for longer than Rage has been and they haven't even shown much of Rage off, Duke's development was pretty isolated from Rage and vice versa.
Alot of the stuff shown in these videos are from 3D Realms work (it was mostly all leaked after the team was let go).
3D Realms never went into liquidation so that site is lying, they are still around and making games. They recently released Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project on XBLA.
Bulletstorm? Have you played any Duke game before?
The two are nothing alike and Bulletstorm is no where near Duke's level on a variety of things.
Windows Mobile still has a pretty big market share, its had one for well over a decade now. The iPhone has arguably been a huge threat to their market share though and I guess BlackBerry too.
The problem is the model which Microsoft has previously used where they gave cell phone companies so much freedom with the devices. Microsoft themselves can do little when it comes to things like upgrades since they have to rely on the phone companies to do it. Some companies have been...
