William Ford, the great grandson of Henry Ford is running Ford now. He is also one of the key figures (along with CEO Alan Mulally) that turned Ford around and put them on track to once again becoming a respectable brand on the world stage and one that was better prepared for the recent melt down than other car companies.
For Ford specifically, they too have had "foreign" CEO's in the past as well.

They did similar with Gran Turismo on the PS2 as well with stuff like Online, Prologue, etc. I think with these type of simulation games, to recover costs it's probably something you'll need to do? Or it could also be as a result of contracts with the car companies?
Forza 4 should be 2012 in my opinion, Forza 3 is such a huge game and with the recent Ultimate release, it'll take a while for people to finish.
Brutallyhonest: What makes you so confident that they can't push the game to a new level and have option Kinect support in the game (most of which has already been demoed to the public at E3 2010)? For all we know, there could be a 2 person team working on Kinect functionality while everyone else works on the core game.
You don't have to, the game will support a regular controller as well.
The evolution of this site, where first people would read the article before commenting, they later transitioned to just reading the N4G description, then just the title, and now half the title!
Sweet! At least now the fanboys won't be spoiling the game on N4G since it'll be coming to all the "big" platforms.
Bliss. :)
Epic has a good track record,
RE: Unreal Tournament 3, Gears of War (PC/360).
Why would Epic Games be jealous of Kratos in Mortal Kombat?
Android only made a sizeable dent in the mobile phone market share this year and even then it's at roughly 25%. Android came out in late 2008 of course.

Windows Phone 7 has the benefit of being an established brand of sorts but how much or how little is up for debate given some of the radical changes betweens WM 6.5 and WP 7.

It is but not in its current form, they need to do away with this board stuff and just focus on the core game. The previous Tony Hawk games may not have been the masterpieces previous games in the franchise were, but they were still decent 7-8/10 games. At the very least, the franchise should return to this level.
Genesis/Mega Drive is a bit different since you can still buy new consoles that were manufactured recently in Asia, South America, etc. The market there is a bit more realistic because of those markets compared to the Dreamcast which isn't really manufactured anywhere anymore.
If people are still buying Dreamcast games, why not make them? They have entire conventions dedicated to retro gaming world wide you know? Japanese developers still release games on the Dreamcast as well, on GD Roms to boot.
There are a few Atari 2600 games that came out this year too, Halo 2600 being the most talked about.
I don't understand why they are always rebooting Tomb Raider, it gets good enough scores and the games sell really well. Square Enix released a sales chart a few months ago for the Tomb Raider franchise and even the less well received games sold millions. I don't know if this specific reboot will do well given how drastically things have been changed.
I think Eidos made a huge mistake, with Core Design they were asking for yearly games or close to that. Burnout was ...
And the Gameboy, Dreamcast, etc had camera tech of their own. FACT!
Your point?
^^
You might want to start on the PS3 then with Sony since that GOW Collection sold pretty well, think it even debuted in the NPD top 10.
Interesting, so with the desk demo does that mean Kinect can actually detect finger movements after all? Or perhaps it's only basic finger movements but not more advanced ones?

Killzone runs on the Source engine?

You don't need jailbreak to do this?

Metroid: Other M was actually created by a new "studio" that had developers from Team Ninja, Nintendo EAD, etc pool their resources together.
The demo was pretty fun on PC, I hope it comes to consoles eventually if the full game is anything like the demo.
You guys realize this was simply a PR quote? Such quotes largely aren't said by a developer, publisher, etc or attributed to anyone specifically but mostly created by the marketing people to build hype.
It's equivalent to what you would find on the back of the game case with quotes like "Most realistic XX".
