^^"Misclicks" do happen, that's why approvers need to watch out for this kind of stuff.
This kind of reminds me of the HD DVD key thing, basically a key that allowed you to essentially rip HD DVD's was leaked onto the internet. A few companies tried to silence it and initially they were successful but the internet took over and posted it every where they could.
You're thinking of the Avatar: The Last Airbender game.
It has pretty much been proven that price won't impact much at all. Remember the Indie Bundle that Wolfire was selling at the "pay what you want" price scheme? It essentially meant that you could pay a penny and get the five or so games for that price yet piracy was still pretty high on the bundle during this promotion.
This was in game or in real life?
This is pretty old news...

MintBerryCrunch: Mortal Kombat, or that Jackie Chan Street Fighter thing.
I never mentioned The Show, Visual Concepts took over the MLB 2K franchise a few years ago after the previous developer, Kush I believe, was shut down by 2K. They've really turned the franchise around and simply aren't receiving enough credit for what they managed to do.
Visual Concepts has made far better MLB games than the previous team was doing for quite some time and 2K 10 is proof of this. 2K 11 should be even better.
I guess the million dollar challenge is basically a way to invite players to return to a quality experience after years of mediocre/terrible ones.
Not all of these are sports games and some of them are pretty recent releases. I guess the LOTR thing is understandable though given the expiration.
Protecting something you have rights to (GI likely paid quite a bit for the exclusives) is something to be frowned upon? Cool story, bro.
If you bothered reading up on the issue you'd realize the issue is that RPS removed the watermarks and even bragged about it. The other sites I've seen kept the watermarks intact and even linked to Game Informer.
P2P is optional on XBL and PSN as are dedicated servers, it's all down to the developers in the end.
RE: Call of Duty 3, you know, the game that pushed the series forward but everyone hated it solely as a result of it being Treyarch until Infinity Ward did the same thing with 4?
World at War was good too and pretty different from the previous Call of Duty games. It had issues that really destroyed the message Treyarch had about war but I guess they were tied pretty tight as a result of the COD 3 backlash so they probably needed to appeal to the COD demographic.
...
Not sure how well they are selling but in Canada a few Kinect and Move games (Kinect Joy Ride, Dance Central, Sports Champions, etc) were pushed to the $30-40 range for Boxing Day/Week.
I think today is the last day at retailers who participated in this deal for those who want in.
Kinect Sports and Dance Central are pretty fun and in my opinion the only games (that I've played) which make Kinect worthwhile. I tried the Joy Ride demo but it was insane ...
Forza 3 doesn't have any game breaking bugs, Gears of War 2's issues are multiplayer only.
"We all know that Activision made a better game for the 360 because they get a portion of the LIVE revenue stream from MS."
Proof? You don't think other publishers like EA or THQ would revolt if this was happening? Or that it would need to be publicly reported by Activision or Microsoft?
Have you tried re-downloading the episodes after deleting them from your HDD?
They both have...DeLoreans?
True, it's not like the previous Gears of War games were anticipated or good sellers or anything...
Shovelware 3D short films about a character that's really popular and has some pretty fun game adaptations in the past?
Right.
