If it was using a custom engine and the lawsuit was filed in 2007 that means they created a engine in less than a year. Lots of links about the law suit on the Wiki,

Too Human was using a modified version of the Unreal Engine 3 while Killzone 2 used a custom engine
They should probably add you will win a date with a booth babe and 15 security guards watching your every move.
Too Human has not been in development for 10 years, the concept may have been tossed around then but physical development of the game actually started in 2005/2006.
No pics of teh ladies themselves? Phail!
If you didn't have such flamebait titles maybe I would bother watching your show, but on principal alone I refuse to.
This filter isn't doing a very good job =/
The full name of the game is Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony, even saying The Ballad of Gay Tony will give the employees a rough idea as to what game you want, they do work at a games store after all and probably are gamers to boot.
Mech Warrior and all FASA titles from the universe are still owned by Microsoft, how on earth could it be on a Sony, Nintendo console platform? They only licensed it to Smith and Tinker but the rights are still owned by Microsoft.
I think they are only showing the Halo titles they created, that doesn't mean they hate Halo Wars. From what I'm told, Bungie had a hand in the story of HW and stuff.
I could see your point on patches but Indie Games have been around for quite some time now. Technically, the earlier systems were seen as consoles. Wikipedia has a pretty good writeup about it,

This is a myth, you don't need a super high end PC to run the latest games, it definietly helps but you can still get console near quality with a lot of setups.
I wouldn't say that, the article outlines a majority of the innovations which were only possible on PC.
Brings back memories of gaming in the 90s and a bit into the 00's on my PC. Although I am mostly a console person now, I still have a good enough laptop that will run just about anything really well.
Last generation a game called BMX XXX came out and it had boobs all over the place, they even had unlockable uncensored female stripper videos complete with nudity.
People should rad the story before commenting, infact even looking at the image could give you some sort of idea as to how old this patent is.
Microsoft filed this patent in 2002, long before all these next gen games fanboys have mentioned came out...
To everyone hating on Unreal Engine and touting Splinter Cell: Conviction: Splinter Cell: Conviction runs on a engine whose core is Unreal Engine.
Better than the PC Magic games where you have to buy a deck of cards in the game like you would in real life. At least here they gave us some ;)
Awesome Halo Wars DLC, buying it shortly.
FamilyGuy: 360 fanboys on N4G may have said that, I own a 360 and to a certain extent a PS3 (deal with a friend who lives nearby :p) and I loved Flow. Not so much Flower, basically 360 fanboys on N4G only speak for a small fraction of the 360 audience much like PS3 fanboys do.
TGC would be welcome to develop for what ever system they want, they are a talented group and deserve to make money. The history around how the company started is amazing and truly a once in a lifetime op...
Too Human doesn't look bad by any means, does it look as good as Killzone 2? Of course not.
I really hope Silicon Knights ditches or makes dramatic improvements to their Unreal tech. Although rumors claim so far Midway is the only one who has matched Epic when it comes to modifying the Unreal engine but we haven't seen the work it produced!
