Arguably its the year's best shooter/game as of the moment, and most technically and graphically advanced game to date. Effect? Of course the great great effort to beat this game in its glorious aspects; yep its competition amongst all developers to create a game of the same caliber----everyone wins!
I'm not really sure. But I wouldn't want to tell somebody who'd want to play games such as MGS4 or Uncharted to get a 360, in the mere assumption that MS can just buy them soon anyway. Its simple: get the PS3, play the game now. Same goes for 360 exclusives, get an xbox play them now. Waiting is futile.
In conclusion, Killzone 3 will surpass all of them. Yada yada yada.... This is almost lame, improvement never ends at least in gaming, and in a broader sense, technology.

Let's not forget that GOW was more renowned for its awesome gameplay than the graphics. The former still remains a "gauge" as to hack-and-slash games. Incorporating the gameplay with the "large-scale" interactions, as the writer was saying, would really be cool.

yeah...I really miss the days when my friends and I would really get excited if there's a good game comin' up on our console whether it be a genesis or an snes. Now seemingly everyone dwell on the success of consoles, not gaming in its entirety. Bubbles to the cactuar guy.

No matter how you deal with its then massive popularity now..It still remains as one of the finest benchmarks in JRPG history. You may not like it, but devs and gamers alike still find it as something of a breakthrough in the genre----something needed right now to put JRPG back in its track. Valkyria Chronicles is one of them...sadly, it seems only a few appreciate the game.
