I bet it comes with a frown.
Wow PS3's leading 360 in sales.
"multiplayer felt great and was tons of fun"
I am truly jealous of you Mr. Sam.
MS motto:
If you can't beat 'em, join 'em,
(or if that didn't work)
If you can't beat 'em, buy 'em.
Too bad they can't give a G.
LMFAO! ""If that's your best, bring on your worst."
I remember XBOXOZ360 were brave enough to admit that MGS4 was a masterpiece to the point that they even released an official review for a game that is exclusive to the other platform . And Xbox Team comes along, brave enough to admit that some of their preordained AAA games (e.g. Too Human) could mess up. It makes me glad to see some unbiased sites out there too.
All I know is the Wii is winning and killing both the PS3 and the 360 in sales.
LOL, The first one took almost ten years. Cutting it by half seems fair enough. j/k
hmmm...they aren't even sure if the first one will be good enough to deserve a sequel. Actually I'm foreseeing a lot of reviews that will pan the game. They say that to err is human. The developers quite messed up this one; I'm guessing they're too human after all.
9 years since E3'99 seem not enough.....
Xbox360 sold out? in Japan?!! An oddity indeed.
I don't see any reason why hardcore gaming will die because of the sudden increase of the casual gaming community. We're just in a period where gaming has upped its mass appeal even to those who initially did not like video games. Hardcore or casual? Try looking at it from any angle, its just video gaming in its very essence. You play, you enjoy. Nobody's wrong if he goes for brainless games; same goes if he opts for more complex games. Its just pure preference, and no one's taking it away f...
@ Fishy Fingers
I totally agree with you. LBP's gonna be big, but the submission's title seems to be several notches too brave.
@ Yoda
Kiddy game? Fine. I'll tell that too to several people who rave about Braid, which btw, I admit is good. Bottom line is, there are people who enjoy this genre, and there are people who don't and rather get stuck with a Lancer. It's just preference, which everyone is entitled to.
After SE gave us the big FFXIII-to-360 jawdropper, I have just decided not to believe in and have hopes for SE rumors anymore;Instead, just play their games when they actually come out in the market.
Hey guy on top of Jamie did you actually read the article? Its just not about games; Its all about gaming in many aspects. Anyway, I totally agree about "Finding Out You’re Not The Best Gamer In The World". LOL @ "Suddenly, all those dreams of being the king of gaming are dashed by every other breathing organism hooked up to Broadband." I don't bother anymore to check how my COD4 rank stack up against others online. Gawd, its an eyesore.
North America = around 330 million people
Rest of the world = around 6.3 billion more
How's that for a start?
No matter how most of us bash the Wii, it is indeed a marketing success, especially for the casual gaming community. A new console is premature. IMO, the only thing that Nintendo seriously needs to implement within this current console era is quality control. And yes, I'm referring to the tons of crappy games and absurd peripherals/add-ons that keep on going out in the market. The PS2 was a success too and it also got hundreds of crappy games, but not to the Wii's degree. Check out SPOGS Raci...
Yey! Ps3/Sackboy bundle looming? Maybe or maybe not. Still, can't wait for LBP.
Props to Kojima for being concerned about the welfare of all PS3 developers. But then if it doesn't affect the whole game to a great extent, its really not that of a big deal. I mean there's no harm in trying. It's fine with me as long as they don't mesh those motion controls in the actual fps controls during gameplay.
