No, they won't or Sony would go telling everyone: Go get your MGS4.... in 6 discs.
Groovy. Honestly, Fight Night and Madden are the only two EA games I've spent my money on. But FNR usually is the one not staying on the shelf.
It's not an excuse, just an additional expense. It's up to you if you'll bite. It's not like the game isn't complete without the DLC. It won't fully hurt your online capalities for the same game either.
Honestly,I'd rather save up the extra cash on a next game, than spending it on a "mere" add-on on a game I've finished playing already.
Speaking of SotC, I'm pretty excited about Team ICO's new PS3 exclusive.
It was really better before the square-enix merger. Things now have changed. I have a PS3/360, and when I read that SE's VP said:"We don't want the PlayStation 3 to be the overwhelming loser, so we want to support them, but we don't want them to be the overwhelming winner either, so we can't support them too much."
Thing is, this form of support they are telling has yet to come out. Not that they haven't released games yet, they have actually--- counting the multiplat ...
omg i loooove tower defenses! what's the story? who's the main protagonist? can i customize my weapons? geez....
I believe its about time to let those jrpgs come out. FF13 was announced, but all it did was to keep us waiting.
No,a loyal fan base of ten-year-olds.
Funny...He still managed to put Halo 3 in the discussion at the very end.
you said it pretty simple and straightforward buddy.
Give internet access to a fanboy and he could make it look like everything's wrong with the exclusive. Let MS play their part thru the media and they could make it even look a lot worse.
seems like sony's giving its priorities to the other genres. Its different now, releasing RPGs is getting riskier production-wise, target market-wise and of course sales-wise. I believe the present industry does not have the abundance of rpg developers which release games seemingly in great abandon--- the one it had back then during the PS1-PS2 era. You could find a bunch of really good rpgs then, and piles of crappy ones too. Now, I hate to admit this but it seems like everyone's banking on ...
What a stupid trend. Once an AAA game comes out its either touted as the "PS3-Savior" or the "Halo-Killer". What we need to save and kill are fanboys.
How about Kojima Productions? (Correct me on this if I'm wrong)
Thing is,I have yet to see Team Ico do a massive blunder in the artistic design/innovation department. They have the benefit of the doubt, if I may say.
It was just an "ok" game. Certainly not the best FF, neither the best storyline/characters in the last decade; however it was still fun to play in my opinion. The open-field system as well as the gambit system were really nice and ground breaking-- at least in the FF realm. On the other hand, what I really hated about it is the fact that bosses/monsters seemed a little easier to beat compared to the previous FFs. Not to mention how utterly useless the espers and quickenings were.
"the result is a ‘top 50′ list of games ranked both on their importance and on how fun they are to play.”
So, in my part, I believe the "ranking" they did is highly subjective, deviating away from Guiness's usual way of releasing info by cracking concrete numbers. I wouldn't be miffed at this list- at least GT has been included. I bet there are other deserving games that didn't make the list, but should've made it.
I thought Pokemon Platinum and RE5 are gonna be released not until mid-March?
If they ever join the present console industry, I bet it'd be the priciest console with the least library of games.
Your Childhood Sucks: X-Play
We already know you hate FF, you don't have to shove it in our faces anymore. I guess not playing FFVII to be particular, makes you a "genuine" adult. Geez..
If they think the price of a console could be a major hindrance to their games' sales, then what should be the point of making PS3 versions of the games in the first place? I think the devs only believe a price cut would be better, the Sony Boss apparently retaliates with that statement. Hmmm... No good.
