I liked the first game, and the whole Mass Effect series, but the second Dragon Age turned me off the series. The devs should focus more on combat and story. The last game was a bore fest IMO. There seems to be a lot more competiton coming in this space this gen, so I'm not really worried about DA3.

No limit and a framerate that changes between 30fps and 60fps as two different things. You should not really notice stuttering if done right.

These really could be anything but if I had to guess, the first one is a space or future setting involving a disease of some sort (space zombies?), I would guess an TPS/TPRPG.
