Actually, I prefer Modern Warfare (1 and 2) over World at War / Black Ops (this is, of course, speaking for the single player experience only). I find World at War just bland and boring, while the Modern Warfare 2 campaign was also fairly weak. Black Ops is far superior than both (and the story is also solid) though some things like the god-like character Mason ruined the experience for me (still I really liked the *SPOILERS* Reznov twist... was pretty cool although a bit predictable).
I'd rather have them revive Firefly than this but... aww, hell, anything than freaking Mark Whalberg in another movie based off a computer game (I still get shivers when I think of Max Payne)...
