I ordered online and got free shipping, just type in SAVER on the checkout page. It say's 5 to 10 day shipping but usually I get mine, using this shipping method, within 3 to 4 days.
Activision and Bobby Kotick seem to be on a douche bag roll. First by trying to manipulate Sony into a price drop through the media, then trying to stop the release of Brutal Legend after dropping the game themselves, then raising the price of MW2 in the UK and Europe on top of over charging for there peripheral based games like DJ hero and Tony Hawk.
So now Boby Kotick says if it were up to him he would raise the price of games even further when it is difficult for most gamers t...
I can't take anyone that says Left 4 dead is the scariest game this gen seriously, I own the game and it is not scary at all. Its a co-op Serious Sam with Zombie skins on the enemies.
Give me a break, to say that Left 4 dead is scarier than the other games on this articles list is just silly.
I agree that Dead Space is the scariest and that nearly every other game mentioned in this article is scarier than Left 4 Dead. Not to say its a bad game but it is seriously overrated and is not scary at all.
The person that wrote the article is seriously misquoting numbers, While the first quarter numbers for Nintendo and Sony are correct, his numbers for Microsoft are not the correct numbers for the first quarter of 2009.
Sales from January 2009 to July 2009 for the the three consoles.
America
Wii = 3,746,650
Xbox 360 = 1,976,326
PS3 = 1,399,953
Worldwide
Wii = 7,549,993
Xbox 360 = 4,321,297

Most of the PS3 and Nintendo were also designed in America. the processors and graphics chips for both were designed in America.
American console made anywhere but America.
How does it make up for Vista, a operating system that never really functioned as advertised and has only been out two years. Windows 7 is what vista should have been. Vista should not have been a broken operating system that people paid good money for. Now they expect everyone to pay for Windows 7 that basically fixed the problems with Windows Vista.
Seems they did the same thing with Windows Me, which was also broken and people paid good money for. Then they released Windows XP...
Fanboys only see what they want to see, I have played both games on my Bravia and I can tell you that especially on a Bravia Tv that Killzone 2 looks better than Gears of War 2. Gears Of War 2 looks great but Killzone 2 is better looking and plays equally as well as Gears.
I hate to be mean to this guy, but I have listen to him talk on gaming a few times and most of it was just a lot of repeating himself and double talk. By the end of his talk I don't really understand what his conclusion was.
He seems pretty cool but he needs to work on his communication skills a little.
And if he wants to seem reputable, he needs to stay away from flame bate tittles for his articles.
They didn't say it was up to the comunity, they said it is up to the developer and that they didn't make it mandatory. Saying that if comunity voices that they want that feature in game might help to get them to implement it is not saying that it is the comunity's responsibility. I am sure they are working with developers to get them to support the feature.
Home is in beta and Sony made no bones about it being a beta and work in progress for a long time after its launch. It is a ...
Even with the Xbox 360 having sold about 2 million more consoles than PS3 in Europe (that mostly being in the UK) The PS3 still has more software sales than the Xbox 360 in Europe for the most part.
Not saying that Xbox 360 consoles are not ahead of PS3 but a good many of those are replacements counted as new sales. With the Xbox 360 high failure rate and the amount being replaced through retail warranty and the people buying new Xbox 360 to replace old one's hoping that the newe...
This article seems to be referring to software support more so than console sales. In that respect his article is miss leading because Sony is not like Nintendo (Nintendo still not getting a lot of good third party games) was last gen and is pretty much equal with Microsoft as far as third party software support goes and is superior to Microsoft with there first party software. The only third party games that anyone cares about that is exclusive to Microsoft for the time being is the new Spli...
Two words: Tongue Scraper
You Mean the kind of support they gave the original Xbox after the Xbox 360 was released. They stopped making the Xbox, stopped software support, and barely kept Xbox live going on the Xbox, with the exception of a few software tittle they stopped supporting the Xbox before the release of the Xbox 360.
The company that is about building communities, completely alienated a community of about 25 million.
If infamous was available for the Xbox 360 it would have easily outsold Prototype, infamous is easily the better game. I have both for the PS3 and I enjoyed Infamous much more than Prototype but I do like Prototype.
And yes Prototype on PS3 is just as good as the Xbox 360 version.
More fanboy manipulation, not because he had two PS3's fail and his Xbox 360 hasn't failed, but because of the way his article is written.
I have a PS3 luanch 60gig, 33 PS3 retail games, 22 PSN games, and 27 Blu-Ray Movies and have played and used the heell out of it. Still works great. The fan gets loud after its been on a while but no where near as loud as my Xbox 360 does from the time it is turned on, every honest person that owns a Xbox 360 knows what I am talking about.

I had the TurboGraphics, and I had quite a few really good games for it, can't wait for the TurboGraphics games to come to the U.S. on PSN.
Great move, idea Sony.
He looks and makes comments like a mobster, a dumb one at that.
