To be honest, 2042 would -- even if "realistic" -- be really quite futuristic relative to what we have now. Even if by virtue of the fact a world war 3 has kicked off. Just think about the robo-AI tech!
I don't get why they don't just make a third and first-person tactical shooter like R6:Vegas . Those games were amazing!
It's not even close. It was so disappointing it was hilarious, I was in shock playing it.
They're extremely competent and yet very soulless
Hm. Well if you stop playing to "preserve" it it'll prob be worth a lot of money in a few years like the PS3 Phat.
I thought he was a character? He has a very "flashy trashy" thing going on with his standup act, he often says this kinda shit to the crowd, and dresses garishly with tons of rings, it's part of his shtick.
Also I listened to what he said. Who gives a shit? It just goes to show though, you really do have to be squeaky clean as far as record goes, even as an extremely minor celebrity.
Has to be next week! Very exciting
I love the R6 Vegas games. If they just updated that it's the only MP game I'd play
It's dormant but I'd bet there'll be a stealth game to really revolutionise the genre this-gen.
Cold War's integration into Warzone has been rubbish. Particularly for those of us that don't own or want Cold War. I have no idea what's going on in the game now.
Leave them to it, the game is a great example of the "spilt milk" metaphor.
After playing a few hours I decided to just shelve it for a year.
This is just a microcosm of how people view games. It's like when you get people complaining when GTA gets a perfect score.
It's not really a broad appeal game, so I think a lot of people will be in the same boat as you.
It's more like RPGs from their glory days. Planescape, Fallout, Icewind Dale etc...although I've been playing this for a few hours and not even sure if it has a combat system at all! Not a bad thing though.
I'm loving it but god the interaction/movement bugs are quite bad. My character is basically frozen after interacting with any world object. Hopefully quick patch soon.
Otherwise it's exactly what I wanted, heavily choice/dialogue focused RPG. It's very funny as well.
That's awesome. Playing through it atm and loving it, but might leave it for another few weeks to enjoy it all at 60fps. Can't wait for Rift Apart
I can honestly say I'd rather play through MGS 4 again than any game coming out this year. And also the older Gran Turismo games. But I sell my Playstation consoles to soften the blow buying the new ones. It's a big shame they don't have their full roster on display, they have so many games to be proud about.
Not to augur the outcome, but these large-scale multiplayer FPS games seem to have a habit of flopping at this point. We shall see what happens here but I had one long eye-roll moment playing the demo.
Makes me very happy that games like this (ie a true artistic vision being realised) can still get made in this day and age.
Problem with a Battle Royale is that if it's in any way decent, it will almost certainly end up cannibalising the rest of the game.
I haven't played an MP game in ages. I hope this is really great because there's not really much else on the multiplayer horizon for my money.
