Cyberpunk has been tuned up since before they released the expansion. These latest updates were icing on the cake, and were unexpected. Game is great. I've completed it twice. Will do a 3rd run eventually.
You no longer need to wait. Dive in.
It's almost like folks who talk about the "master race" have never used a gaming pc before. I don't know a single person who jumped say they'd go back to console gaming.
I'm sorry my CPU from 2017, and GPU from 2020 can play the game at high settings still lol. I fell between the recommended and minimum settings and it's giving me 80 to 90 fps. Higher if I use DLSS and turn down shadows to medium.
I absolutely hate how sites will test a games performance on the most bleeding edge hardware. They should be using the recommended hardware as a base. You know. Something closer to what the majority of gamers use.
Konomi is notoriously bad with PC ports so this does not surprise me at all. Some of their games (dynasty / samurai warriors, One Piece can be nearly unplayable without extensive modding. It's pretty bad.
Konami is notorious for horrible PC ports. Not surprised this is no different.
If the beta is any indication of the state the game will launch in. EA may have just knocked one out of the park. Enjoying the hell out of it in beta testing. Great performance on my mid-low tier frankenstein box.
Some people thought the wheel was about to be reinvented. I knew what I was getting. A Bethesda 1st person RPG in space. Which was what I wanted, and got. It's received solid updates, and is being continuously worked on.
It's definitely a fairly unique experience once you start being able to use the portals effectively. I've been playing with a squad of 4 and we have a great time with it. Could do without Split ball being in rotation, or a way to filter it out. Maybe in the future. Really like it otherwise.
For $85 dollars they are selling you a controller with the oldest and cheapest hardware that could still be functional. If your okay with that then so be it. Just know that it's a half assed effort for a premium price, and you can get a pro controller that works far better for half the price.
EasySMX D10 is a $50 controller with TMR sticks, Hall effect triggers, all mechanical buttons, digital trigger stops, and gyro control. It Can wake up the switch / switch 2. Al...
PowerA has turned into absolute garbage. At least they ditched the cheap plastic thumbsticks that could be rotated to raise or lower them. Fishing anchors to make a control feel premium. I don't trust the company, and they used to be my go to for standard Xbox controllers, Spectra & lumectra.
Honestly you should never pay that much for a controller in 2025 that doesn't at least have hall effect thumbsticks. Even now that tech is being replaced by TMR sticks that are far, far superior. Controllers that support the switch & switch 2 have these features at near half the price. Many with a similar shape to the nintendo pro controller, and many further features.

Downvote all you want. if you pay $80 dollars for that piece of garbage it's just foolish. It's stated it uses old cheap components. I guess they get better when you put new plastic around them and charge 50x what their worth. Who knows.
If the internals are trash you can bet the rest of the quality is bad. Cheap parts at premium prices. If you're okay with that then so be it.
There are tons of better 3rd party controllers which are far superior in quality, and cost roughly half as much. Nintendo is really taking the gaming world for a ride this go round.
8bitdo ultimate 2 has TMR sticks. Really solid controller. I prefer the Cyclone 2 from gamesir, but both are very solid controllers for the $50-60 dollar mark. EasySMX D10 is also a very good option.
I will not buy another controller that doesn't have TMR sticks. Simply a step above potentiometer, and a really solid improvement over Hall Effect. Although, Not all are created equally. I have an APEX 4 that has incredibly accurate hall effect 12-bit stick resolution with tension adjustment, and the Vader 4 is also in that same category. They feel incredible and in line with TMR sticks. TMR also doesn't seem to feel a bit tighter in feel than hall effect.
Very fun. Great for solo & duo runs.
Diablo 4 is basically a well produced mobile game. I dropped it after the first battlepass and never played again. Lost Epoch scratches the Arpg itch just as well.
And yet....these prices need to go up.
Game known for it's antagonists in cool open world environments shifts to focusing on it's crap multiplayer. Does Ubisoft just like to F up?
