I love how they blatantly admitted to me that they essentially don't care about the ESRB ratings, unless it's GTA
I think the Broken Mirror expansion is better than Omega Dawn. I generally like the APC better than the dropship as well, but that's a personal opinion.
Not just a racing game, any game. People went nuts over the 22 minute install of Devil May Cry 4, which was pretty bad. But almost doubling that with a first party title for the install and update on launch day?
Since I don't feel like posting in the open zone and arguing, this is in way whining. Having to wait 40 minutes to actually play the game after you first launch it is absurd. I can understand more and more games needing installs, but 40 minutes including the required updates? Come on
Now if only someone didn't DDoS the server while this was getting approved...
If the game is already rated M, showing a bit of tactful nudity shouldn't even push it over to AO. Conan had a lot of boobs and wasn't AO. Doesn't matter the gender, or if it's even human (alien nudity FTW).
Ubisoft did have the first promotion stopped. Maybe they just weren't keen to the wording. It's the same graphics and all. The new promo just says they're very confident in the game and that's why they're doing this.
I think it's a valid argument. If it fits into the story and is done tactfully, I don't see what's wrong with it.
I guess you can think about it like mail in rebates. A large percentage of people will forget about returning it and end up keeping the game.
Ubisoft is gonna be pissed...
Yeah but in a case like that, we're going to see activist groups and certain attorneys who shall not be named go insane and start suing everyone
I think the major reason we won't see any AO games likes is that retailers won't want to carry them. Games like this wouldn't sit on a normal shelf with other games, and many retailers would be reluctant to even keep them behind the counter.
She fell apart long before Showgirls... Jesse Spanno lost it when she sang "I'm So Excited" while on drugs on Saved by the Bell :)
Yeah the glitches in the game are annoying. They mostly happen in the first half of the game. I love when you encounter an enemy floating in midair like he's on a cross and you can't shoot or push him. Makes you laugh, but also makes you wonder how things like this got past QA
Took me about 10-11 hours to get through the game, which isn't bad. I think it would have been lengthened a bit by better story.
Yeah the game could really have used a more solid story and better muliplayer. Would have scored a lot better because the gameplay is definitely there
Yeah the glaive is one of the coolest weapons I've used in a long time
I don't care how many Wii remote condoms you put on that thing, I wouldn't be touching it ever again
Miraculously, the Wii remote still works, according to hospital reports
Whether they require it or not, this is the first time I've ever been carded, including the Halo 3 midnight launch. Didn't see a single person get carded there
