I'd imagine they're pretty close to the same thing. The PS3 uses different lighting filters, but the visuals are almost identical. I doubt something like the drunk filter would be different across the consoles
I haven't gone to a bar in the game yet, but a lot of first person games make me motion sick. Might have to pop some Ginger Root before getting drunk in the game...
Maybe is power ups could be throwing the ghosts at people. Would be interesting. Haha
The Wii remote and Nunchuk works best, IMO. I've tried every control scheme possible. Wavebird comes in second
Hopefully they don't require the use of the wheel. I really hate that control scheme.
If you look at it on its own, it's a great game with a good deal of content for $40.
A lot of people are still saying this is a $40 demo. I definitely don't think that's the case. The game is solid and worth the $40 purchase, it just needs some tweaks
I'm personally a bigger GTA fan. I've always liked the physics and car handling better in GT games. That and paint schemes don't get me too excited
The Prologue games have been around in Europe and Japan for the past few GT titles. This is just the first time we've seen it in America.
Yeah Rockstar is stumped on the issues. It's happening on both consoles, which points to caching in some respects. I'm not sure if it's happening to 360's without a hard drive, which could at least narrow the issue down
Most likely not a launch unit by Feb 07. I have a launch 60gb and haven't had any problems (about 3 hours in)
Can't say mine is doing that. I've done both Quit Game and shutdown the system and only get any beeping when shutting down (which is normal)
Multiple issues on both consoles... not good. I'm guessing it's not as widespread as people on the internet are making it out to be
Considering the fact that this could be the biggest game release of the next few years, it's disappointing that so many people are having issues with the game
Definitely not necessary. I was at Best Buy at 3:30pm today and they had at least 100 copies of the game on the shelves and said they have plenty more in the back. Rockstar/Take2 shipped a ton of copies of the game to make sure everyone can buy it on day one.
Seems to be the way most things end up around here, sadly...
I had this happen to me on a few games last year. The Gamestop clerk told me they could only sell to preorders even though they had more. People who didn't preorder had to wait a few days. Whether it was a policy of my local store or the clerk was dumb, I can't say. Either way, my money went elsewhere
You fantasy about being punch in the junk is slightly disturbing
For when 10 isn't good enough...
If you don't normally get motion sick and this makes you feel dizzy, I can't imagine how it'll make people feel who can't play FPS games normally...
