Ridiculous. Obviously they know next to nothing about games. Why would you play games on iPhone/iTouch if you can play them on your DS and/or PSP? Apple (touch) devices are pricey. In no way will they take over market share of devices that were created for gaming and not as a side note. How many people have AT&T service? How many people are content with the iPod and won't upgrade to the "touch" variations. Perhaps I'm wrong...but I don't see this as happening.

Konami is mostly worried about cut scene length and install time. I thought there was a million article on n4g talking about this but apparently quite a few people haven't read them.

Not a very well thought out statement. Considering that Ninja Gaiden Black has content that isn't featured within Sigma (including NES Ninja Gaiden 1,2 and 3) other people are NOT better at using his ideas. However, I recommend overheating the Xbox 360 to get three red rings. Sounds evil, but it is the manufacturers fault. Make sure you remove the hard drive before you do it though; you don't want to corrupt the hard drive data. I had a launch console and had my Xbox completely replaced. I assume my replacement already had the head sinks installed. Not problems for a year and a half. I feel for you. When you get your Xbox back get a laptop usb cooler. I mentioned the Antec notebook cooler above....
People still buy the overwhelming majority of content on DVD. I don't see this as changing soon and reports on the contrary are optimistic at best. If blu-ray doesn't start pulling together better numbers than digital distribution will catch up faster than expected. Me? I rent blu-ray off of Netflix. In my opinion its the best way to go in terms of renting. You have the option to upgrade any DVD rental to blu-ray if available. Pretty cool in my opinion.

M-soft has Xbox repair down to a science now. No way they have 2-3 month long shipping/repairs today.

Seriously...I've played the the first (and better) one on Dreamcast 4 times. The sequel which I played on Xbox, I played 2X and liked almost as much. There is something magical about Shenmue...whether its the story, world, or interaction I'm not sure. This series is awesome and deserves a come back. In terms of bringing the series over to current gen consoles...it should be a multi-console release. Everyone needs to play these games.
