If you are like me and go to the store (any store) to look at video games, your likely to notice a large quantity of MGS4 games sitting on shelves. No matter what way you look at it, 360 has beat PS3 in sales numbers. OH NOEZ! Seriously, no big deal. There will be great games coming out for both. I have to comment on my own comment? Nothing I said was pro this or anti that. I propositioned that the next generation of consoles would use blu-ray tech, provided there wasn't an alternative for Xbox. What is there to disagree about? Too bad no one has the logic or courage to tell me why they disagree.
You would think this game would use the same engine as Sonic and the Secret Rings. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. There is no excuse if it looks worse than that. Hopefully, there is more time to optimize the graphics. This would be the preferred version for me to get; my fiance' LOVES Sonic.
If you don't have a DVD player, they are as cheap as $30 in some places. I didn't purchase the Wii for DVD playback and no one will as the sole reason (some people like collecting stuff/have the best version). If you expect Wii DVD to upconvert DVDs, your going to be disappointed. I would bet the new Wii won't make it West.

I'll withhold judgment until the game comes out, however I have high hopes for this one. The last Sonic Wii game wasn't too bad. Sonicteam might get it right this time. Half-way through the trailer, did anyone think of the game Screwjumper when Sonic was falling down the hole/well? It wasn't a good game by any means (Xbox Live arcade) but free falling was the only thing you did in the game, lol (I only tried the demo btw). People say things "slip of the tongue" all the time. That doesn't mean anyone should condemn Treyarch and hope for their game to fail. People talk smack; while it isn't pretty, its human nature. I'm looking forward to both games. Both should offer something a little different, especially considering each game is in a different theater of WWII(Pacific vs European front). Final word: its hypocritical to say you never insulted or brought another person down (face to face or not).

If M-soft doesn't want to pay for a blu-ray drive in the next Xbox, they might be able to use this tech; this is provided that the technology is cheaper to produce and not just a research product that goes no where. Personally, I think both Xbox "720" and PS4 will have blu-ray and a faster drive to boot.

Atari deserves to go out of business for good. This game had all the potential to be a great game but was rushed out the door. If they fix all these issues, it should be the version to own.
The way your logic follows is that Uncharted looks better than anything. MGS4 included. I don't agree.
First of all, there isn't any water that we've seen in GeOW 2 screen grabs, yet. Did you see it?...cause I didn't. GeOW doesn't use water in relation to gameplay. Uncharted does, and therefore it has greater importance, hence the better water effects.

Very excited about the movie downloads. Personally, I feel Xbox Live downloads are a little on the expensive side. Convenient at night after the local videostore closes or movie of choice is unavailable. Beat the price and I'll have no choice but to download them via PSN (not that I'd complain mind you). I bet there will be the option of 1080p downloads just like there is with movie and video game trailers. I wonder if there will be a video service price war...
Even if its an option, its sacrilegious to make Diablo a first-person adventure/shooter game. If there is an option of first person, that might be a really bad sign in terms of design choice. Just think of Oblivion...it had the option for third and first person. Arguably, first-person was much more enjoyable and game play was better. The perspective doesn't have to be zoomed like most 3rd person shooters. Retain the look and style of the originals. Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance 1 and 2 are good...
And comes at a poor time if it comes as soon as E3. Why didn't M-soft cut the price of hardware before GTAIV? What benefit is there to cutting the price without a AAA title to assist?
