I think the metroid style voice acting would work great for Zelda
They should have had 4 player co-op, kept all the characters, and made it similar to the originals.
If not then they should have had an updated version of the originals for XBLA and PSN.
Not to long ago I said Gears 2 looks better than Resistance 2, and I'm still going to say that but it's nowhere near as much as a gap as I tought it was going to be. Insomniac congrats this is amazing.
I think the formula for Zelda is near perfect. I would imagine Nintendo having trouble with improving games that are almost perfect. My advice would be to increase the difficulty some, add motion plus, add most importantly make a more epic and mature story. Yes they did kick of online, but there were plenty of other games well on their way it's just that Halo became the first to get everything right. I think his LBP Home idea is kind of good, but it's far too late for that, Sony would have to delay Home again which wouldn't kill gamers, but it would just about give all faith up that home will ever come out. So stick to the avatars.
I agree that Halo did a lot for online shooters for console, but that doesn't help the fact that the single player is kind of average. I believe Halo's online is one of the best. But I like my single player to be just as good or better than the online and I feel that the Halo series is an online game with single player tacked on.

I agree whole heartedly Gears is much better than Halo. Halo was never as genre defining as many people make it to be. It helped consoles with online, but that's about it.

The only GOTY award Dead Space has a chance of winning is scariest game of the year.
I base my reviews off of IGN (8.7), Gamestop (9.0), 1up (B+), and Game Informer (9.25). And they all gave the an average of 89.75 or 9.0 if you round up. I think people like this are evil and only rate games low to bring down the overall metacritic score. I'm pretty sure we all know Dead Space is a good game, so I think it's trashy that this review was even allowed to be posted here. If you love SciFi, Horror, or shooters then you'll buy dead space if not give it a rent point blank.
LOL the rocket launcher thing was too unrealistic. It start spinning like a frisbee.
I guess I'm not the only one who looks at shadows lol. I guess :)
But unless developers spend time on dynamics shadows then you'll end up with those ugly sketchy shadows that I hate. And since Insomnaic made this game in a little over a yera I feel it was a good call to keep them out.

Unlike Gears 2 which will max at 10 hours we know Resistance will at the very least be around 12 hours, and so far we've only seen 3 min clips of gameplay which looks awesome. If you want to see something new, how about you try buying the game or renting it. But wait they have shown something new 8 player co-op with it's own campaign and 60 player squad based multiplayer haven't seen wither of those on a console.

I have a feeling Killzone 2 is going to sell well...very well. The graphics alone are enough to make every uneducated gamer fall in love with this, but if the gameplay (specifically the multiplayer) is as good as what many journalist have been saying then this may join the list of great FPS. Like I said eariler Resistance 2 is the baby of R:FOM and Killzone 2. Mommy was fun at launch, Baby is going to great this Christmas, and Daddy is going to be home after the holidays.

First Killzone 2 The Title To Separate PS3 From 360. Graphically yes it's as clear as night and day Killzone 2 looks better than Gears 2. Will it play better I don't know since I haven't played it, but I do know Gears plays well and Gears 2 will improve on that gameplay.
