I dunno man, with their recent attitude I'm not sure I can agree with you there.
I think the best we can hope for is that they sell off their IPs to more competent studios. But obviously they won't do that as their existing IPs are their insurance policy for when the mobile bubble bursts.
They've already released one game over here that (I think) follows the events of the anime (with some different endings). From what I hear Steins;Gate 0 follows what happens from one of the endings where Okabe fails to save Kurisu.
Looks like it will be a good game, hopefully it has the same quality writing as the first game and anime has.
Perhaps this would encourage people toward VR?

Nothin' wrong with a bit of cleave m8. Though I don't remember that much of it in SAO anime, then again it has been a while since I watched it.
I'm digging the music and the character design kind of reminds me of Steins; Gate. Think I'll have to keep an eye on this, looks interesting.
Prudes, man. They hate sexy.
The beeb has been going down the crapper for a while now mate. The only time I ever watch it is for the Rugby League highlights and the challenge cup. The rest of it is pretty much garbage.
Me too man, I grew up on Dizzy back on the zx spectrum.
I remember they released a new Dizzy game a year or so ago on iOS and (I think) Android, but they didn't sell all that well from what I recall. Plus I don't think the quality was all that great, I really hope they release another though. Presumably they'd need to wrestle the rights off Codemaster first though.
Maybe they spent all of the donation money on sake and hookers
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@Ermac_Wins Yeah mate he's from the same crowd as Fish, I'd say he's bit calmer than Phil though.
Blowhard is what one might call one of the "OG" of the indie crowd and arguably one of the first few to make a name for himself on consoles (specifically xbox 360). As you might expect of someone that isn't used to the limelight though, he let the popularity go to his head a bit and as such is a bit of a polarising figure within the community.
Pretty much the origin of the "pretentious indie dev" stereotype in console gaming.
I wonder if the people praising this or the ones baying for full pokemon games on mobile phones will still be so happy when Nintendo have to withdraw from the handheld market through lack of hardware sales.
They'll argue that it won't happen, obviously, but that's the way this is headed.
Sorry my mistake, he called him a tosspot not a dipshit.
Definitely one of the better TGS's in recent memory, now we just have to hope that at least some of those Vita titles will make their way westward.
Of course the Vita is region free so there's always the option of importing ;)
I enjoyed when Marcus Beer called him a dipshit.
Problems with the Vita development environment?
I don't think the Vita is particularly difficult to program for, in fact it's relatively easy from what I hear.
I've been looking for a chance to beat the tsundere out of that annoying bint Kirino. I may just have to buy this game.
Plus Kirito and Asuna are a pair of badasses.
The did buy Atlus not too long ago so, technically speaking, any Atlus games that have come out since the buyout have been Sega games. Including Persona 5 when it gets released.
Ordered this last night, loved the first two games, batshit insane but fantastic, hoping this is more of the same.
No pong? That game was emotional AF.
A good list though.
*Spoilers*
I found parts of the DanganRonpa games to be quite emotional specifically the parts with Sayaka Maizono from DR1, that shit teaches you to not get attached to any characters in that series fairly quickly. It's like a goddamn blood bath by the end of it.
Oh and Persona 4 when Nanako ends up in hospital, I swear that's the first time I've ever shed a tear over a game. Fantastic writin...
