If Naughty Dog don't continue with the series but Sony want to get a few more games out of it, I imagine they'd pass it on to Bend Studio.
Bend did a pretty decent job on Golden Abyss.
If you want to see creepy just google search "(your name) The Hedgehog"
Weird, weird shit my friend.
A game with dialogue so bad people started a drinking game on it. And then got alcohol poisoning.
Life is Dranks is probably the best thing to come out of this game.
Is this the same game that was meant to be on Saturn?
I recall reading about the development of it a few years ago. All I'm going to say about it is that I'm surprised the devs remained sane.
Sega screwed those guys over big style.
I lick my controller all the time.
Granted, I am asleep most of those times and it's a bigger to clean off when I wake up but still.
You mean like candy crush and farmville?
I've been going through Vice City Stories on my Vita recently and played Liberty City Stories back when I had my PSP. I still say that, taking the hardware and when they were made, those are two of the most technically impressive games that I've ever played.
You pretty much just described the BBC in general there.
Momo is best imouto.
You philistine.
Mikan is a hot 2nd though though. :)
It's good to see that we're all on the same page here, though it's sad that we've come to expect being ripped off by devs/pubs.
We in the UK have been massively ripped off by Activision over Destiny, I'm not sure about Xbox but the price of the add on content on the Playstation store is just atrocious. I'm sure the Aussies have it worse still as they always get buggered over when it comes to game pricing.
"Also this is an alarming trend in gaming where devs are looking to cut out singleplayer in games."
This is a trend that started "arguably" with Modern Warfare 2 and its 4 hour campaign when the devs (either by their own volition or by Activisions meddling) seemingly spent more effort on the online component than the actual game.
I can't say whether this improved with later releases though as I'm not really in to Call of Duty all that much.
...
Though to be fair the same was said about the GameCube and that didn't exactly set the sales charts on fire.
It did however have some excellent games released on it, same as Wii U.
Why didn't they use fog in a similar way that Team Silent did with the early Silent Hill games? If there's one thing London is known for is that is used to have some ridiculous pea soup fog. Syndicate is the only game where a dense fog wouldn't feel out of place, plus it would reduce draw distance and likely improve performance without having to sacrifice as much graphics wise.
Granted you wouldn't be able to see much of distant environment but that was par for the cou...
I always wondered what happened to Jack Thompson, apparently he's writing for ibtimes.
Seriously though, are you expecting a game called ASSASSIN'S Creed to be about flower arranging?
Whoever wrote this article needs to go back to school and learn how to read I think.
Don't be badmouthing the ZX Spectrum or imma slap you upside the head
One of those levels is obviously the aquatic ruin zone from Sonic 2
I'm not quite sure you realise just how many pots Sony has their hands in.
They don't just make TVs and Playstation, they still do audio equipment/MP3 players, they own the Blu Ray platform, they do cameras and make mobile devices. And then you have their film and music studios. Hell in Japan they even sell insurance, which is (I believe) their biggest money maker outside of Playstation. The one thing they don't do anymore is laptops because they weren't making enough ...
"Getting"
It's already live for me
Not the first time this has happened and unfortunately it won't be the last.
Wouldn't have expected it from Harmonix though, they must be worried about the competition from Guitar Hero.
I remember one of the lads I used to work with had an Xperia Play, I believe I saw him playing a GTA game on it which seemed to handle pretty well.
