There is always the more superior Project Cars. What developers seem to forget that when there is competition, there tends to be a better option.

Project Cars > F1

Project Cars > F1

Hmmm... how stupid of a comment from a developer is that. So now they are in the business of predicting the user base of a future console.

If they do not develop future games for the Wii U or make their first installment a tacked on experience then Project Cars (which makes F1 looks mediocre at best) will be the better purchase. F1 or Project Cars (I have played the demo)... I would pick Project Cars without having to think about it. The ...

To be honest I was never a fan of the franchise Jadedz. I will be getting Mass Effect 3 for the Wii U. I have seen footage and demo on just how customizable the controls are for the game. I never played any of the games from that franchise so it should be very interesting on the Wii U.

@Skate-AK

Here is video footage of Mass Effect running on the Wii U. The game also comes with the option where you can play it on the Wii U controller instead of the TV. That option is also shown in the video.

This game is no longer on my list. Now watch EA try and spin this when the sales for Madden Wii U is poor. You half ass a game for the new console and now EA will get half ass sales. EA dont you dare blame the console or the fans for not supporting Madden when its your decision to make this version inferior.

Talk about live interaction menu options on the fly... Not a soccer fan but damn that was very interesting.

Yep.... agree. Getting this for Wii U.

Jadedz,

Yes they were, but one can also argue the point that if the N64 and Gamecube did not have those crippling media issues for the software that they would have sold much much more hardware. During that era the cartridge and mini DVD disk greatly hampered Nintendo in selling their consoles and getting AAA support from 3rd party developers.

Jadedz,

I am a fan of Nintendo but your statement is not entirely on point. N64 suffered in sales because at that time in gaming history, CD media was the trend setter and Nintendo insisted on staying with cartridge format which greatly hurt their sales potential.

Gamecube sales suffer due to no real launch lineup, poor marketing (a purple console... really Nintendo... really) and a mini disk format that developers complained did not have enough space for gam...

I am also with you guys with a Wii U and PS4 gaming combination. Till the Wii U launch... i am enjoying my PS3.

Fantastic looking graphics... Nintendo needs to make them a 2nd party developer.

That would not work... a huge part of the gameplay mechanics is based on a second screen. Move cannot replicate that gaming experience. This game will be a Wii U exclusive for a long time to come if they ever do port it to Xbox360.

I am sure they will find something else to get loud about. ALL NEXT GEN ENGINES are now confirmed to work and work well with the Wii U. Enough said. Hmmm i guess they can go back to talking at the so called slower CPU when compared to current gen Xbox360/PS3 till that too is disproved with factual information.

The facts is all next gen engines are now confirmed to work on the Wii U. So first it was "none of the next gen engines work", thats been disproved. Now its the Wii U have a slower CPU. Shok... at the end of the day, you just have to laugh at these clowns and enjoy the Wii U when it drops later this year. I already have my two fav online retail stores set to email me a notification when its in stock.

Haters will continue to hate...

Drekken = a mule's ass.

I see stupid people are quick to post nonsense.

Corrus... grow a brain and stop being silly. Wii U will be less powerful than the PS4 and Xbox720 but not by much. This coming gaming next gen will mirror the generation of the PS2/Xbox/Gamecube era where they will be minor differences in the consoles capabilities but not significant enough to make developers having to jump ship from Wii U.

What is wrong with common sense with people. Having a powerful GPU does not mean you must always max it out (all games being 1080p). Plus most of the games from 3rd party that will be in the launch window are games also coming to 360/PS3 that were already in development for those other platform (ports which are based of the current gen limitations).

Games built from the ground up for the Wii U will showcase what the CPU/GPU can really do. I cannot wait to see what Retro is wo...

I see Nintendo having another huge success on their hands... This also means trying to get on in your hands is going to be a problem... sigh!!! Thank God for email notification of when inventory is in stock.

5004d ago 7 agree1 disagreeView comment

You got to be joking... Wii U will have games running at full 1080p in the near future. The reason why the launch games are 720p is because they are ports of games also releasing on Xbox360/PS3. The games are already deep in development and not using any of the enhance capabilities of the Wii U GPU. Developers also have to learn how to enhance their games with the new Wii U hardware that is clearly more powerful than current gen.

This confirmed spec sheet of one of the earlie...

The specs say it all... Wii U is at least 3-4 times more powerful than xbox360/PS3.
