Waiting on the real Metal Gear game to release... This just looking like another generic hack and slash spinoff.

Plus this is a first generation RPG game on the Wii U and it looks amazing... it only will get better as developers really understand how to use the GPGPU and better middleware/engines are created to optimize the games for the hardware.
Not a RPG fan but it looks impressive and its still in development.
Congrats EA... this will be the first of a few games they release for the WiiU that makes sense to purchase. The other (Madden for example) clearly were water down versions of what were also release on Xbox360/PS3. The added features and exclusive content makes this a must buy and the best version to get.
PC/PS4 combo is not a bad choice at all... I will be going with WiiU/PS4. Already got the WiiU and waiting on concrete information and release dates for the PS4. My deciding factor is AAA 1st and 2nd party franchise which Nintendo and Sony are excellent with. As for 3rd party AAA games... whatever WiiU doesn't get, PS4 will for sure.
It already has in global sales. Nice that Microsoft finally like Sony own their own territory... But thats about it.

Every generation and every nintendo product release is met with these so called experted making the statement this is the end. At what point will they collectively take their heads out their own ass and just be quiet. Hmmm lets look at the facts shall we... Wii U currently is selling at a much higher rate than the Xbox360 and PS3 when they release respectfully at the same early stage of their life cycle. Dont believe me then go and research...
He lost me when he made the moronic comment “Nobody in their right mind would buy a Wii U and say ‘I’m going to play Call Of Duty’. That’s like saying ‘I gave up Facebook, and it’s Google+ now’.” Really Patcher... The last time I checked the Google+ community is growing in record numbers and is very active. I personally prefer Google+ over FaceBook.on any given day.
Based on the video we both just watched... I also cannot see the difference.
It not going to relevant for the up coming next generation of consoles as price will be a huge issues for both the console (pushing that level of graphics with a solid frame rate) and purchasing a HDTV with 4K capability. Its simply a cost factor. We are at best 4-6 years away from HDTV being at an affordable rate for 4K to be mainstream.
Name one other franchise that have this level of hacks and boast related cheating. This franchise is the absolute worse for these issues. Every game release in this franchise has the same problems and issues.
YES... ITS CALLED BRAGGING RIGHTS... Its what Xbox360 owners have been bragging about for years.
Bottom line... this is a very flawed franchise. Makes you wonder if it is not by design.
It will be none of the games you mentioned in your post. But... time will tell.
Eternal Darkness 2 or revamp Old IP that needs a WiiU HD reemergence. Time will tell.
