2 months and counting and Nintendo does not seem to think it important for the Wii virtual console service and games to be transferred be on the Wii U. All games should be accessible on Wii U eshop by now. How stupid of them is this...

PS4/WiiU.... its a win win. Very few will just have one console next generation.
I plan on getting DMC (January 15th) for my PS3 and Aliens: Colonial Marines for my Wii U. I am hoping this game delivers.
Isn't it the responsibility of the owner to wipe there account from the consoles before they trade it in or return it. The same is true for a smartphones, tablets etc.

I fail to understand the point (Donman1, not sure how you concluded we now live in a two console owning generation. You seemed to have ignored over 70 million Xbox 360 console owners out there. I guess game publishers didn't get your memo)you are trying to make when it is obvious the majority of gamers have at least two consoles (be it WiiU/PS3, WiiU/Xbox360 or PS3/Xbox360). What does console sales number have to do with gamers owning more than one console.
It does and I will be getting it for the Wii U.
The WiiU/PS4 combo will be for me. Both Sony and Nintendo have the best 1st and 2nd party franchises. If Wii U does not get all the best AAA 3rd party titles then they will certainly be on the PS4. Face it guess we now live in a two console owning generation of gaming.
Well no matter how you slice it... the one console era is over. Wii U/PS4 is my gaming combo of choice. The 1st and 2nd party gaming franchises from Nintendo and Sony are just superior to anything Microsoft can put forth.
Guys... Since the generation of Wii, Xbox360 and PS3, most gamers own two consoles. Wii U owners for the most part got the console for the excellent 1st and 2nd party games. A majority of Wii U owner will also own a PS4 (me included) or a Xbox720 for the great 3rd party games that do not see a Wii U release.
So the real debate is which two console combo best fits your needs. I personally will be a Wii U/PS4 user. Yes I know there will be a few who end up owning all three but...
This game is going to be perfect for the Wii U.
Since this generation, this has been a new era of two console gaming to satisfy your gaming needs. I already have the Wii U to start of the next generation as I await information on the PS4. Wii U and PS4 will be my console combo of choice.
This clearly was built for the Wii and they just did a straight port to the Wii U (this game is visually disappointing). But on the bright side the CGI looks awesome.
Not surprise since the one everyone who are interested in getting the Wii U, mainly want the deluxe version. Only the white economy version I see in stores in my area.
None the less it still give Wiimote users a sizable advantage.
Using the WiiMote with this game gives the player a huge advantage in multiplayer mode. Easy quick aiming.
Piles of which version??? Last time I check Wii U white versions are out there. Its the Black Deluxe version everyone wants.
Hmmm where have we heard this and other lines like "Nintendo will fail", "Wii will not sell"... So far Wii U sales are mirroring Wii.

You are clearly assuming I have a Wii before. I did not get a Wii because I did not like the direction Nintendo took that generation which made me buy a PS console (PS3) for the first time ever.
I have always been a Nintendo console owner till now. I currently own a Wii U and think their slow to bring services like Wii U virtual console is disappointing at best. Services like that should have been available day 1.
