I've got a day one Switch and it sounds like the fan is rubbing against something. So overheating is an issue I deal with and I think it causes the graphical glitches in Hyrule Warriors. Was hoping for a Switch Pro but if one doesn't come out soon, I am least glad to see them fixing heating with this revision. Just wish it could get a CPU update so that Fire Emblem Warriors has more than 10 enemies on screen when playing in multiplayer mode.
So I'm guessing this game passes a magical bill that fixes everything without explaining what is in the bill right? So for the liberals out there, what is the solution? Banning guns thus taking away a basic freedom that our country is founded on for good reason? More checks before being able to buy a gun? If so, do you not realize they already check out the things you want them to check for? They look into your mental background. What, do you want a psychological test before buying ...
Going through the same 7 hallways and 1 open area, give our take a couple, for hundreds of missions isn't a mistake? FFXIII would be an easier pill to swallow if it wasn't for XIII's horrible story telling.
They developed a new type of SSD, which isn't cheap. Also they are claiming 8k which isn't going to be achieved with low end parts. Also they claimed PS4 could go up in price due to tariffs so this could be a $600+ system.
Besides price though, as someone who has owned every PS system, and as someone who doesn't want to lose their trophies, I'm not buying a PS5 until they stop their censorship campaign and stop making life hell for non AAA studios...
@indysurfn Sorry but the guy you are watching hasn't started any rumors. Switch being hybrid, and switch pro/mini was leaked info well before he made videos about them. Also, that video you linked makes no sense. Both features do not gain any additional functionality by adding in a Switch mini/pro. Its not like they go from useless features to features that magically make sense with the new systems. They make just as much sense without any new systems.
@alb1899 How is the value calculated? What financial and market data is being collected and used? How is this being combined with consumer surveys? WHY is this being combined with something as unreliable as consumer surveys? This kind of research can be easily skewed to support whatever outcome a company is looking for. You should never just accept any form of research at face value.
@Trueflames It would take a little over 8.6 billion dollars to buy controlling stocks at Nintendo. Microsoft has less than 12 billion to spend. They can't even buy Nintendo twice, nor can they afford to buy all of their stocks a single time over.
@tehpees3
I've never heard people say those things for Sony or Microsoft, but I've definitely heard it for Ouya, Steambox, Kinect, VR, and so on. Believe it or not, a lot of us actually analyze a product before bashing it. When some of us expect something to fail, there is a reason, and plenty of reasons have been listed that needs to be addressed.
Or you could just end up with a scenario like Destiny where it felt like each patch was there to remove something good. Many other examples like Minecraft and WoW where people enjoy the original product a lot more than the end result.
Let's hope this isn't like abused women who keep going for abusive men. They need a hands off publisher to have any chance at saving destiny. Either that or at least one that isn't known for anti consumer practices first and foremost.
Looks more like someone's unfinished project in a game programming class which they are now using to try and get famous. No offense but if you want me to believe this is real then they would need to provide instructions to recreate this...
@StormSnooper
Japan AKA CERO tends to be one of the most strict rating boards. If it can get through them then something like ESRB isn't an issue. Companies like Sony blame others when they are the ones choosing to censor. Stop believing the BS unless you want people to think you are ignorant.
Also the way Sony is handling this should get them major lawsuits. By forcing last second censorship they are costing companies too much money. If they wanted to cen...
@D3TH
I only wanted the single player so I'm satisfied with the $60 fee, but what about the people who aren't interested in the single player? They don't get a fully developed game for $60.
@Dom_Estos
As a 31 year old gamer I was alive for the release of the Nintendo Virtual Boy. So yes, as of right now VR isn't a big deal and isn't showing us any reason to believe otherwise. I want it to become important but I need more than just teasers and promises before I jump onboard. Especially when I can buy a console cheaper than the VR unit itself.
This argument about whether it is niche or not seems a bit silly. A niche market is a small subsection of a bigger market. It has nothing to do with quality or perception. VR isn't competing with TVs and monitors. It isn't competing with regular games. It is a small subsection of much bigger markets. It is a niche market plain and simple.
@thatguyhayat
All you provided as proof is in fact a rumor. You are believing a guy that says he isn't speculating and is providing facts because he has really good speculation. Looking at that speculation, you have 2 years worth of CC2 work out of 4 years total. How does scrapping CC2's 2 years of work give you math where 4-2=0 aka starting from scratch? Hearsay and speculation does not equate to facts. At the end of the day you are like the rest of us. You aren't ...
@Neonridr
The article mentions leveling them during normal play. Is there evidence that these don't cross over into every other mode as the article implies? I haven't kept up with this so this is a legitimate question. I mean they sound like they want Spirits to be a big part of the game so it sounds like a more forced version of stat altering from Sm4sh.
But they are at the drawing board... This is their warning for beta testers. All of these things are POSSIBLE, not a guarantee. Every company that implements these changes should have this warning. If these problems present themselves in the beta, then they update without fixing the issues, then castrate them. Please think beyond the click bait people...
@BlaqMagiq1 Slavery was abolished quite some time ago. No one is forced to work anything. Maybe you would want to consider using a more appropriate word like "pressured".
@kneon Yes, I am hourly but that shouldn't make a big difference. For every salary job I've seen, you either get 1 of 2 things. Either you get "approved overtime" which isn't really that different than an hourly's overtime, or you get comp time. In the end, most j...
I think this would be a terrible mistake. Not necessarily for Sony, but for the consumers. Sony has some gems that they own the IP to, but there are so many more options when you look past Sony. Legend of Legaia, Skies of Arcadia, and Golden Sun are just a few to mention that all belong to different companies. Bluepoint would have a considerably harder time, but not necessarily impossible, making remakes of other great games if they are tied to a single company. The only reason they shou...
