It actually looks really good when you upscale it in Dolphin. Hopefully they did more than that to justify the $40 price tag.
Actually in the final book a few wands get swapped around I believe when they are captured by the Malfoys.
I hope you aren't referring to slight performance issues and sub par graphics as a reason a game is low quality like this opinion piece implies. That is the very definition of a casual. When I was a kid, playing video games wasn't popular and they definitely lacked stellar graphics. Pokémon definitely has its issues but this one is unquestionably better than S&S.
This is why I don't like "game journalists". This is obvious stuff to people who follow the industry yet game journalists are just failed writers commenting on a subject that they don't care about. I miss the days that the industry was full of passionate people who played games...
The title is misleading because the PS5 already had news that the price was raised in certain areas due to inflation so it sounded as if it had to do with that, not comparing it to previous gen prices.
None of those games you listed have been forgiven by me and using paid press to show they have been forgiven is low of you.
Also, it isn't free updates until you provide the people the game they originally paid for. That means ALL the promises used to sell the game.
Fable is being made by a 12 year old studio that made Forza Horizon. It is a well established studio, not a new studio...
@mad
"Slight" is not a measurable term so it is a bit hard to classify that as wrong. I'm not saying the support is worthless or that it isn't growing, but it is still only a small portion of all their titles, which is why I would call it "slight".
You say virtually every title comes to PC which is the keyword, virtually. Not everything comes to PC and some things can take years. Those games may be more important to others than it is to you so ...
I love having PCs, but I need to refute a few of your points. Sony's slight support of PC doesn't mean 3rd parties support it. Nintendo emulation doesn't get you online gameplay and early emulation tends to focus on getting popular games running while other games can run like trash, if at all. More games being on PC doesn't mean those are the games a person wants to play. If you have to pay to play an online game, then emulating or possibly not having the game on PC does n...
Right, Sony's current leadership decided to base itself in CA and for a large part wants to associate itself with western companies as much as it can. Meanwhile, Square's latest news shows that they want to distance themselves from western style development and focus on their Japanese roots. Their two goals are complete opposites so for Sony to buy Square would mean Sony would destroy Square. It don't really matter because all these people seem to not understand that Square'...
@gametapes
Both companies want to push these crappy ideas, and the only reason they haven't is because Microsoft makes the mistake of announcing it before Sony and gets tons of backlash so Microsoft backs down in broad daylight while Sony quietly backs down without telling people what their plans were.
Also, the original Xbox has been the only system that has been more powerful. 360 bought better releases, and was easier to program for, but was weaker. Xbox O...
What shares? Did you bother reading what was happening? Part 1 was studio sales, and that is already decided, not something they are looking into. Part 2 is capital management, aka doing stuff like having other companies help fund their non-central studios, aka western studios. That means having them do stuff like joint ventures. Other companies might get some new IP's out of this, but not shares.
@jeromeface
How is his logic flawed? What he said is true. It is free for those with a PS5 and when the month is over with, it will still be available to anyone who buys a PS5 in the future. There are plenty of games that could replace it.
No they really are horrible considering 99% of the time it is cheaper to buy a physical copy than what the sales price is. Digital is a scam which sucks since changing games without changing disks is nice.
@SimpleSlave
Her patterns are learnable and her moves are dodgeable. RNG helps weaker players beat her, but she is doable no matter what she chooses to use. For her worst attack, you are likely dodging away from her constantly. Not everyone is forced to make that same stupid mistake over and over again.
Also before you try to call me an elitist, I suck at souls games and can't even riposte.
@Godmars290 They are saying Persona 5 not PS5.... Also follow the Twitter accounts that track releases, and stores are starting to get them in now too.
I think it makes some sense to do IX first. With a more cartoon look, it can probably be offloaded to a side team or outsourced a bit more easily, while VIII would be more graphically intense so they would need a main team. Being down to 4 main teams, I see them being tied up between KH, FFXVI, FFVIIRe2, DQ?, and their MMOs. XVI or VIIRe2 probably need to be released to make room for something like an VIII remake.
Sekiro made me fear that they would return to generic action game #2355865. When 90% of action games feel the same, I don't mind multiple "similar" games. Also hard to get "soul'd" out when those copy cat games completely miss the mark and feel nothing like Souls games. Only "mimic" game I like is Salt and Sanctuary, but that is a fun metroidvania.
My final straw was finding out I was having a hard time getting into games just to find out other people were in lobbies full of AI, and they claimed AI would simply give up their spot for real players. This is PvP. There shouldn't be any damn AI to begin with...
I would sue them for financial damages. It would be one thing if the company fired them or did something bad, but this person worked for the company knowing full well that they would try to sabotage the product.
