That might be true if it was all about free games in a service but unfortunately its not. There are numerous other reasons for paying for the service. Like stability. Just saying...
Don't feel bad we may be in the minority but I agree with you. You also have to consider the site we are on, this site leans to what is popular opinion. You will always get disagrees for mentioning Xbox. Just the way it is.
A lot of these kids weren't even old enough to know Dreamcast. Maybe through an older family member. I felt the same way though. When the original Xbox came out I was like dreamcast!
Did you know that the plug from the DC controller was the exact same plug for the original Xbox? It sort of makes sense now hearing MS involvement.

come on man. Limited on 360 doesn't mean "DOWN". PS online has constantly said "Some latency may be experienced due to high volume. Should you continue to experience problems after PSN services are fully restored please refer to Contact Support" for weeks now. That's considered limited as well.

Actually my buddy bought a used Xbox one and he has been able to play all of the digital games from the previous owner for some reason. He never even bought the games and the oroginal owner was not on the xbox. So there is that. Bonus.

Both companies don't care about gamers they care about the money. Regardless of who has sold more consoles, if I was a developer I wouldn't want to limit my income. Even 10 million potential sales is still a lot of money. Regardless both companies have shown that they are fully OK with pitting fans in the middle to boost their sales for consoles. Even if they say they are for the gamer. I own both an Xbox one and PS4 and I am tempted to not support any old IPs that decide to pull this...
